My boyfriend and I decided to try something new and this was definitely an adventure. I've only done the cold plunge at Glen Ivy years ago, but this was a way different and way better experience. We got the 45 minute session for just us two. You spend a few minutes 3-5 minutes in the cold plunge and then about 10-15 minutes in the sauna. I literally felt pins and needles throughout my body immediately, but it felt even better getting out and going into the sauna. I only lasted about 40 seconds lol but plan to continue adding on more time once I'm used to it and mentally prepared. It's a great way to bond, recover, and relax. It's definitely a VIBE! I'm so happy and thankful I discovered Revibe. I've been into the value of cold therapy and sauna's because of the Andrew Hubermans of the world. I do not have space in my apartment for a cold plunge so this fit perfect for my current needs. I came in doing just cold plunges and then added the sauna+cold plunge and haven't looked back. This has been the best health practice I have taken on in the past year for body and mind recovery/reset. Benefits experienced: -Mental and physical recovery from the prior week -Muscle recovery from fitness training -Helped with stress, anxiety and depression -Satisfaction of completing the process that it brings, mind over matter -Improved sleep -Always leave feeling better than when I came in -Very calming process to go through, no tech, just being in the moment with yourself, therapeutic -Give you a sense of calmness tot he mind and body, it's really amazing Facility is clean, well maintained, staff is friendly and accommodating. You feel amazing every time you exit the building. My very first visit I went into the plunge at 45 degrees for a whopping 15 minutes, I do not suggest that. My current go to ideal temp is 37 degrees for 5 minutes. If it's around low 40's I'll do 7-8 minutes max. I really enjoy doing the sauna first then into the cold plunge. The new version of the cold plunge is excellent. Tips: come in on time, I like to bring a book into the sauna to read, drink water after exciting the sauna before going into cold plunge for hydration. Be careful exiting cold plunge and be sure to wipe down water with your towel as you exit to be respectful. The online scheduling process is breeze and sometimes openings will open up day of if fully booked the night before. Go for it!! read more

ReVibe sauna and cold plunge is great! You get your own private room with a big beautiful tub that is set to 41 degrees for your cold plunge. There is also an infrared sauna in the room. ATTENTION! The place is nice but the management is very bad. They have a policy that if you don't show up, the fee is 20$ each time. Everything could happen and prevent you to go, so having this fee it's not something I like. Also every time you want to bring a friend you have to pay 20$ extra, when the time is still the same 15min and you occupy the same private room and plunge. I wouldn't recommend this business, they said that they gonna refund my membership that I just paid for the whole month, and insure me that in 3-5 business days I will receive it. Already more than a month passed and I still don't have it. I stopped by today and they said that wouldn't reimburse me. This is a shade practice that I don't like. There are another cold plundge studios around that are way better. read more

This place is awesome! i've been looking for a place to plunge for a while since setting up an ice bath at home is a bit tedious. You get a private room to yourself and the plunge itself feels colder than the ice baths i've made. It's helped me a lot with my recovery and I think I'm hooked on it haha. If I could give this wonderful place 100 stars I would. I started going to Revibe because my physical therapist's practice is in the same building. Dr. Su and the Movement Specialist staff are some of the kindest, most knowledgeable practitioners I have ever had the privilege of working with, and so when they recommended giving the sauna and cold plunge a try, I thought "why not?" It has since become perhaps the single most important part of my self-care routine. I cannot say enough good stuff about the staff, they are multi-tasking masters with incredible attention to detail. The whole team genuinely cares so much about people, and I feel that every time I walk into the building. The sauna and cold plunge rooms themselves are so tranquil. After 3 years on crutches because of a fast growing tumor in my femur, I struggle to keep my pain in check most days and often have "the big sads." Since starting regularly spending 20/30 minutes in the sauna and 5/10 in the cold plunge, I have felt stronger in PT, have been able to go days without pain, and my therapist and I reduced my dose of lexapro. I am sleeping better, finding joy in more things, and I can walk my dog for 3-4 miles a day, when just four months ago, 1-2 left me sore and weary. I don't want to pretend the sauna/cold plunge are magic pills that will solve all of the difficulties we face, but I do know that finding an environment like Revibe, where people truly care about your health, makes everything else feel a lot easier. Been looking for a place that has a cold bath. It's annoying to have to get the bags of ice, carry it in the house, and wait for it to melt. The convenience of just going to a place and hopping in is a huge time save. Not to mention, the filtration of thr cold plunge is top notch.
