Took it in on a Wednesday, and it was done two days later on Friday. On pick up they asked if I had looked really closely at the repair. I said pretty close. There were two areas of concern on the car, one needed significant attention later and the other he FIXED for me on the spot in 4 minutes! The best part was that he gave me an honest review of the car's exterior. He pointed out that the car had been repainted ( that fact was not disclosed by CarFax or Carvana ). He took the time to show me overspray, failed clear coat application, imperfections in paint application like dust and dimples, how the paint was applied incompletely and destroyed seals. He also show me how all the door moldings were pulled back and were not reattached professionally and would cause water damage, noise, and improper/uneven closing. He roughly estimated $3-4k worth of re-do work, not for him or his business but for me to consider while finalizing my thoughts on the purchase. Based on what PJ showed and shared with me and the trust he quickly earned with me with his knowledge and honesty, I rejected that car. Long story, short version: you can trust these guys to be honest, helpful and to care about quality. They are not in business just to make a buck but to build relationships that matter. Now I brought the car in today for them to fix it at 10 o'clock this morning saying it was only an hour and a half job And it's now 4 o'clock and now they tell me that the wrong part was ordered. It was for the right front side instead of the left front side It just seems that they gave too many excuses and if they would've fixed the car the right way the first time this wouldn't be happening. It was quite obvious that when I got hit in that wheel it was all broken inside. They never even checked oh and first, they told me that they did do a front alignment then they said oh no, they didn't do the front alignment and then they said the insurance denied the front alignment and my agent did not refuse anything on the estimate. I even have pictures of the left wheel where was all damaged inside underneath behind the wheel? I wouldn't recommend them. Sorry still waiting for my car.

The owner at Solos Glass (Jorge) was the first to explain the necessary recalibration process for the safety features on my vehicle and answered all my questions easily. He also had a very honest and transparent pricing quote. I went with a Nissan OEM windshield and recalibration, he ordered the windshield and had it ready to install within 2 days. My husband took it in and talked to Jorge while he waited and he found him super knowledgeable and friendly. Also ended up saving $100 over his initial quote. He turned an unpleasant situation into a place we'd definitely recommend. A very honest small business like this is hard to find. Five stars!!

We got in sooner than their initial estimate, but the work took longer than the week they suggested. They had to fix things then paint, and it all looked to match perfectly. However, we noticed that weekend (once my husband had a passenger) that the front passenger door was hanging low and didn't match the line of the trim. We called to see what could have caused this since we didn't see this issue before we brought it in and the accident damaged the left driver side. We were told by the shop that it was that way when we brought it in. First off, NO. We even have a few pictures before we brought it in and that was not the case. As we didn't trust what they were saying, we took it to another body shop to get an estimate to fix this issue. Within a matter of minutes, they found that the bracket on the frame that holds the door shut wasn't screwed all the way in. They surmised that someone may have taken things apart on both sides to line things up when reassembling and perhaps didn't remember to screw that part in. They fixed it on the spot for no charge.
