The first time, I had a coolant leak and the mechanic actually SHOWED me where it was leaking. Actually seeing the problem with my own eyes when the car was on the lift immediately made me feel that they can be trusted. They fixed that problem, did some other overdue maintenance work, and the car's been running much better now, zero problems. The only minor problem I had was that I asked for the parts to be returned to me, and they weren't. That really wasn't a big deal since my driveway isn't full of coolant spots any more. I thought the price for this repair was entirely fair. The second time was a problem that couldn't be duplicated when I was driving it while the tech was in the car with me. Ah well... They didn't charge me for that visit. The most recent visit was exceptional. I managed to get the end of a gas funnel stuck in the neck of my gas tank. This caused all kinds of problems when I'd fill up with gas at Kwik Trip. I tried to fish it out myself, but couldn't. I brought it to the dealership, and they told me they couldn't see it or get it out after allegedly scoping it out. The dealership charged me for that visit. I know they have bills to pay, so I was OK with that. On a whim, I brought it to the new Meineke (formerly Pope Autoworx). I told them what happened and that I wanted them to try to get it out, but I'd pay for an hour of time, no matter what. I told them that I wanted to save the part so I could see it. Well... THEY GOT IT OUT!!!!! The dedication, time and effort that they showed me in actually FIXING this problem impressed the hell out of me. I do my own oil changes and brake jobs, but for nearly everything else, this Meineke garage will be my first call.

This place is slightly more expensive than Mister Car Wash but not by much. I got the 2nd level car wash that included the underbody wash, $15, a $1 more than Mister Car Wash. When entering the car wash, it was not very clear to me when to put your car in neutral. I was expecting a sign that says so when you get to a certain part but then the guy just started yelling at me. At the end of the car wash, there isn't a sign or light that says shift into drive. What I did think was nice is they provide towels to wipe your car off as well as an interior spray. The parking lot could use some attention as I stepped into a pothole full of melted snow when exiting my car to vacuum it. Would I come here again if the Kwik Trip has too long of a line? Sure but not in hurry.

We never once were made to feel stupid as the process was new for both of us. We were provided great instructions on things like how to turn on the vehicle auxiliary (foot off brake, push start button two times) and how to reset oil notification. Gladly accepted our coupon and said what a great deal it was; we agreed. Oil change comes with a free carwash and we definitely took advantage of the vacuums, cleaning clothes and spray. This is where panic sets in because of the fear of falling through the opening but no sweating necessary they guide you in like you are driving a 747. Then from the comfort of your car they review your service history and walk you through step by step what they are doing. They also show you your dipstick to prove your oil was filled to the appropriate level. They check your windshield wipers and tire pressure and filters as well. Oh and don't forget between changes you can pop in for them to check your fluids for FREE! Truly a good experience that does not require an appointment just pop in when you notice the sticker on your window says it is time for a change. Give them a honk on your way out to let them know you were happy with the service!

I dropped it off on a Sunday night and put my keys in a note in the slot and got a text within 15 minutes of the store opening Monday that they managed to fix my problem. I had some repairs done to my car the the day of getting the dreaded letter for renewal and not knowing that the computer has to drive for a while for systems to pass tests I was failed the next day and they were very nice to me with a failed test report with some educational materials for a return visit. A week later they were still very nice to me after wasting their time even though I didn't have my repairs done with them, weird coincidence and worlds colliding. I know these emissions pay very little but they were still very helpful to me with friendly service.

Kevin, has absolutely no people skills, and when I was told it would take an hour and a half to two hours to rotate my tires after I made an appointment; is kind of unacceptable. When I told him I did not have time for that today, I had my keys mildly thrown at me. When I stated in a very calm voice you didn't have to throw your keys at me he ignoring me and stormed off into the service bays. You have a choice when it comes to business, I would recommend going elsewhere!
