I've had my car there 3 times for service since they first opened their doors a few months ago. In…read moreeach case, I was totally satisfied with the quality of the work done. The first time, I had a coolant leak and the mechanic actually SHOWED me where it was leaking. Actually seeing the problem with my own eyes when the car was on the lift immediately made me feel that they can be trusted. They fixed that problem, did some other overdue maintenance work, and the car's been running much better now, zero problems. The only minor problem I had was that I asked for the parts to be returned to me, and they weren't. That really wasn't a big deal since my driveway isn't full of coolant spots any more. I thought the price for this repair was entirely fair. The second time was a problem that couldn't be duplicated when I was driving it while the tech was in the car with me. Ah well... They didn't charge me for that visit. The most recent visit was exceptional. I managed to get the end of a gas funnel stuck in the neck of my gas tank. This caused all kinds of problems when I'd fill up with gas at Kwik Trip. I tried to fish it out myself, but couldn't. I brought it to the dealership, and they told me they couldn't see it or get it out after allegedly scoping it out. The dealership charged me for that visit. I know they have bills to pay, so I was OK with that. On a whim, I brought it to the new Meineke (formerly Pope Autoworx). I told them what happened and that I wanted them to try to get it out, but I'd pay for an hour of time, no matter what. I told them that I wanted to save the part so I could see it. Well... THEY GOT IT OUT!!!!! The dedication, time and effort that they showed me in actually FIXING this problem impressed the hell out of me. I do my own oil changes and brake jobs, but for nearly everything else, this Meineke garage will be my first call.

Bill's Auto Tech (and Bill himself) are the best. I've owned classic Corvettes for the past 25…read moreyears and have been taking them to Bill for much of that time. I live in Grafton, about 40 miles away from his shop, and gladly trailer my cars 45 minutes each way for the quality service he provides. I wish I'd found him earlier. His guys always get the job done, they know exactly what to do and they make sure it's done right. On multiple occasions they've gone the extra mile for a repair. For example, I went to pick up my 1985 Corvette once and one of the techs was just finishing up hosing out the radiator ducting of leaves that had accumulated--and the repair wasn't even related to that. Bill knows Corvettes inside and out and, despite always being busy, is willing to take the time to talk about an issue and convey what he knows and recommends. I live in fear that he'll retire one day soon--I'm not sure who I'll trust my Vettes with in the future were that to happen. Yelp! I'm begging you not to sideline this review as "not recommended." This is a legitimate review based on years of experience and numerous transactions with the reviewed company.

We were recommended to Bill's by a friend. We were new customers and they fit us in even though they were busy. They got the hitch off for us no problem. This place is slightly more expensive than Mister Car Wash but not by much. I got the 2nd level car wash that included the underbody wash, $15, a $1 more than Mister Car Wash. When entering the car wash, it was not very clear to me when to put your car in neutral. I was expecting a sign that says so when you get to a certain part but then the guy just started yelling at me. At the end of the car wash, there isn't a sign or light that says shift into drive. What I did think was nice is they provide towels to wipe your car off as well as an interior spray. The parking lot could use some attention as I stepped into a pothole full of melted snow when exiting my car to vacuum it. Would I come here again if the Kwik Trip has too long of a line? Sure but not in hurry.

We never once were made to feel stupid as the process was new for both of us. We were provided great instructions on things like how to turn on the vehicle auxiliary (foot off brake, push start button two times) and how to reset oil notification. Gladly accepted our coupon and said what a great deal it was; we agreed. Oil change comes with a free carwash and we definitely took advantage of the vacuums, cleaning clothes and spray. The car had a wonderful spa day. Thank you Roadrunner technicians for a great experience.
