Don't use these clowns!!! You have been warned. They broke a piece of my furniture before it even left the house, they acknowledged it and said they weren't sure how to prevent it. Then when the other piece of furniture was moved noticed they ripped the couch. I called and the girl said the manager would call me but after several attempts no call back. I now have it in my attorneys hands. Not sure how they are in business. read more

Just so happy to have had these friendly guys move my stuff from storage to my new apartment. They are savvy movers. Not too thrilled about them adding travel time to my bill because it took them three tries before they got to the right storage place. I had a similar experience, nice young men but!!! arrived at 10:30 finished at noon. in most people's mind that is 1.5 hours. they noted 2 hours on the paperwork then up it to 2.5 hours and then threw it 1.5 hours for travel. so the hour and a half ended up being 4 hours. be very cautious with this bunch. read more

I hate moving!!! It is horrible! But I had everything in boxes and strong bags and when the guys from Moving Made EZ came, I asked if I needed to wrap lamps or TV and they said they would handle that for me. They just set about moving all my stuff out and then into my new place like it was nothing (but you know it is something to move all that stuff!). I went out to get them something to drink and Stewart's apple fritters since they were busy and I had a little time to kill (lol). An absolute awful experience. They lied about their rates and said they would remount my TV's which they didn't. Not only did they show up late (and charged me for it) the movers dragged their feet to eat up time. They also took a long lunch break (which they also charged me for). Since when does it take SEVEN hours to move a 1 bedroom apartment? I DO NOT recommend this moving company to anyone! read more

The three movers that helped us out yesterday were wonderful. Super hard workers and they got our things securely packed in a short amount of time. They were polite and respectful of our things. But more importantly they came through when we had to change our move date at the last minute and our original movers couldn't accommodate our new date. This firm moved my office on 8/31/2016. Not only were several file cabinets scratched and a floor lamp broken, but two high end desks (Herman Miller) were destroyed and now cannot be used (essentially the drawers on both desks are now bent and misaligned). These desks are a total loss. Worse, when I discovered these problems I both phoned and emailed (with photos) the sales manager. Nothing. Nada. Zilch. No response. I would not recommend these movers. read more

This company is top-notch! A great moving experience that could have been a very stressful situation but wasn't. The two movers that moved us into our new apartment were kind and courteous. The owner, John Payne, was great with communication. The movers were originally going to be at our old place at 8am and he emailed me a few days earlier and said it was 8:30 and then called the day before to make sure he had told me 8:30. It ended up being 8:15 so either way, it worked out. The quote he gave was right on target. Highly recommended! read more

Moving Made Easy packed my apartment, August 2017. It was an incredibly unprofessional packing job. Crystal plunked, unwrapped, on top of silk flowers, just thrown in the box. No art, paintings. wrapped in coverings, just stacked in a box. Broken items galore. Clothing thrown in boxes still on hangers. Plates unwrapped individually, just stacked in boxes. Many things broken. Have moved across continent and do know good movers. These people are strictly from hunger, meaning totally inept. Owner threatened me that one of his employees would sit in my temporary home until he got paid at the end of each day. This past weekend we emptied out my family's 1800's farm house in rural Washington County. All of my family members (and myself) were pretty daunted by the amount of things one family can collect over 40+ years of living rural. But in walks Steve and Quentin from MMEZ and within minutes our minds were put to ease. They simply and professionally sized up the work, told us what a great job we had done packing and got to work. The movers arrived on time and worked in a timely fashion. Unfortunately a couple parts of our bed frame were misplaced during the move. It was about a week before we finally got in touch with the owner and he helped resolve the issue by ordering replacement parts as we couldn't put our bed together without the parts. The owner was helpful in resolving the issue, however the woman that answers the phone was not as interested in helping us solve the problem and seemed to give us many dead end answers. Our new parts are on their way now about 3 weeks after moving in to our new home. Although the movers worked at a great pace and the owner (John) was incredibly helpful in resolving our issue, it was very stressful (on top of an already stressful move) to not have these parts and not be given any real solutions from the woman at the front desk for days and she did not seem particularly interested in helping. read more
