It was simple this time, from point A to B, then C. They pick up a new couch for me. I had one of the same workers from last time. He was still professional and a hard worker. I had one mirror hiccup that something got put on the truck that wasn't going with me, but that was my fault for not giving better instructions. They offer to put together my new couch, but I had that covered. I need them to move the heavy stuff. They did another outstanding job, and I will recommend them to anyone. Side Note: Photograph all your things before and after. If something gets broken, you need proof. They do offer free insurance, but they need documentation.

I was able to message with someone online to coordinate details and even adjust our move as plans shifted, which made the whole process much less stressful. On moving day, our crew was incredible. Andy, Miraj, Muha, Tatty, and Aibar were kind, efficient, and thoughtful throughout the entire day. They worked hard, stayed positive, and handled everything with care. You could tell they were experienced and really took pride in doing a good job. Moving can be chaotic, but this team made it feel organized and smooth. Well worth the cost we had a ton to move. Two Asian dudes showed up, barely spoke to me, one would only speak his own language while the other would then speak to me in English. They rudely took pics of my apartment, then went and sat back in their truck. After about 20 minutes, the guys came out and said they couldn't do the move because it was "unsafe". Prior to that it was because I had too many small items, and in between that I was told it was because I asked for 3 hours and they'd need 7-9 hours. I called dispatch again and told Karina she sent me two racist movers. She claimed that couldn't be. I explained my stance and she said she'd call me back. Meanwhile, I have no way to move my stuff. Karina said she would talk with her moving team and call me back. Guess what? She never did. I guess you get great service when you have the right skin color. At 8:30am, the morning of, I received a call from a guy saying he was the one driving the crew and had blown a tire. They would be several hours late. I told him that would not work, and that I would call Sarah. She did not answer. Minutes later, someone else calls me and offers to show up, with his crew... As per my request, on their way over, they stopped at Lowes to pick up wrapping tape, because they were heading over with no supplies!! They showed up at 12pm. No moving supplies, aside from the tape the bought on their way over. They and no idea what they were doing. I provided moving blankets, yet furniture was brought out without being wrapped, until I insisted. They clearly had no moving experience!! And I never did hear back from Sarah. They charged me $10 less an hour, than what I was quoted, but insisted that I pay their travel fee. !!! One of the movers, used his wallet as a door stop. And forget it in our vacant apt!! We had to arrange with building management to retrieve his wallet, because we had vacated the premisses !!!

The crew of Brad, Morgan, and Jesse were on time, courteous, transparent about any pre-existing damages or small items, efficient, and to top it all off they literally did not scratch/hit/mark one single wall of the house when moving. All 3 were absolute beasts in moving heavy furniture upstairs, and a few times we ended up deciding on a difference placement of a furniture item they already placed and every time they were more than happy to help rearrange it as needed. You really can't ask for more in a moving company. They were willing to accommodate, went the extra mile on servicing things, and were lighthearted and carried a positive attitude through the whole 12-14 hour day. I would honestly ask them to help move for any future moves in my lifetime. It is not easy doing their profession, but they seem very dedicated and deserve every ounce of recognition. Hats off to you guys!
