The 2 men worked hard and loaded up my crap in about 10 minutes before taking payment (they accept card) and leaving. The whole process was so simple and fast. The second time was to have a bunch of wood and fencing as well as some garbage that had been piling up in the garage picked up. Both times, the drivers showed up unprepared for the job even though I left very detailed descriptions of what I needed taken away in their online scheduling form. Both times, they informed me that their truck was already mostly full and they couldn't fit all the stuff in there and they wanted to be able to bring another guy to help them. The first time, for the hot tub, I did accept their offer to reschedule because we had no ideas on other ways to dispose of this hot tub that no longer worked and a few other companies had refused to take. The guys did not seem very happy about having to take apart the hot tub and hauling it away even though the fee I was charged was really high, but I couldn't really blame them because I did not want to do it either. Today, the driver was not able to reschedule me while he was here and told me the office would give me a call sometime today to set something up for later. He then told me that I should just rent a dumpster and load it all up myself. Again, I got the clear impression that he did not want to come back and load up my rubbish pile. I wish I had known I would be having this experience again because I would have called another company to rent a dumpster prior to starting our demolition project and garage clean out. Thinking I would be able to have Rubbishworks pick it up on our scheduled appointment, we worked as hard as we could over the weekend to get it all together in a nice pile in our driveway to make it easier on them today. Lesson learned. The dumpster has been ordered and will be here in a couple of days for half the price.
