I cannot tell you how annoying it is that you have over four unmanned registers right next to it. I understand the need to save money by not hiring enough operators, but this is ridiculous. The reason i brought it in for service is the carp. There were no issues with the pull or electric start functioning, but the carp needed service. I talked to you in person at your shop about the issue and explained it to you when i picked it up, and you refused to own up to it. After you serviced it, the pull cord starts it but the electric does not engage. It was working when i took it in and i showed the tech what was going on. Poor repair and poor customer service, very disappointing to say the least.

The regular price for a Tune-up is $95.00. If you're looking for a place locally to get your machine fixed I do recommend this place. When I came back to pickup my lawn mower blade, I was asking about edgers. When I told him I had an echo and was curious if it'd work with an attachment, he told me to bring it in and try. Again, they don't sell the attachments here, but he took the time to show me how to change them and let me try one of his personal attachments. Great service all around and the blade I brought in was sharpened right, all for under $9. Will be recommending them to anyone who needs repair work done.

We finally got an estimate on Wednesday (April 30th) listing things it needed. They tried to charge us $144 for a new battery. Even though it worked fine, they said it was 4 yrs old and we need a new one. We said no. FINALLY picked the Gator up Thursday (May 1st). The lady in the service department was so rude, I will NEVER go back there. She tried to charge for that battery they did not change out. I told her we kept the old battery, she said, "Well, I won't charge you for that then"....duh. After that, it was still $50 over the estimate. She said " Well, they did other things to it". What good is an estimate if they are not going to stick to it? I told her I will never be back and she said, "Sorry you feel that way". I'm sure that lady ALL BY HERSELF runs a lot of customers off. Never again will I go back there.
