Gave this place a try. We ordered the party special. 2large 3top pizzas, 16pc wings, cheese bread, 2 (2)ltr sodas. I'm not going to complain about the price... all that for $50 plus tax to feed two families worked for me. But when you have two pizzas in the same order you expect them to taste the same. One pizza was definitely fresh, hot and recently tasted just baked & fluffy, the other was flat, barely hot and was tough. It tasted more like it was day old pizza that had been reheated with added toppings. Very disappointed comparing the two pies, but when get two pizzas and one clearly tastes different it hard not to notice & you expect it to taste better than day old pizza. (We've had our share of day old pizza, and it's noticeable!)To be fair I will be contacting management to see what they respond. We'll see what this local place has to say. read more

Stopped here for lunch on our way from SD to Phoenix. Sunday afternoon. No other customers when we first arrived. The staff was nice enough; just not terribly attentive and definitely not on top of their game. We ordered a kids pizza, a regular pizza and a calzone. All the food came out at different times. The calzone was last (at least 5 minutes behind the pizza) and when it did arrive the center was uncooked and cold. They made me another one which was cooked and fairly tasty. The ingredients seemed fresh so I'll give them that. When we finished our meal and it was time to go, we had to hunt someone down to pay our bill. Bathrooms were clean and stocked. Just tried the Pompeii pizza with ricotta cheese omg it's so good. Probably one of the best pizzas I've had.

Hidden gem. Small restaurant with big taste. Pizza was perfect. Wings were delicious. Staff was very friendly. We will definitely be back.

This restaurant is inside a bowling alley. Went here because it had good reviews. I had a Bad experience. Waited a little over an hour, to then have the waitress tell us if we want to cancel or keep waiting (with attitude) for the pizza because they are waiting for the dough to flatten that they got from their other restaurant. She could've told me that 30 minutes before when I checked the status of our order. She had told me that the pizza was almost ready then. Would not go there again, big waste of our time. read more

This is not only the best pizza in the Valley, it's the best pizza I have had (and believe me, I've had a lot of pizza). They use fresh ingredients, and the flavor of the pizza really benefits from this. I especially recommend the Margherita pizza - best example of this type of pizza I've ever eaten. The people working at the restaurant are ultra friendly, both on the phone and in person, and the delivery is quick. I will not order from other pizza places at this point. Looks like this place moved down the street from the Von's shopping center to a joint inside the bowling alley. Loved it last time we were here when it was next to Von's so thought we would give it a try. Although the pizza we ordered was good, it was a completely different menu. They don't have some items like before like the chicken bake, similar to Costco. Has more upscale food now. Large environment and has pool tables, plus live entertainment on weekends, although we didn't stay for that. Don't let the bowling alley scare you away. It's not the snack bar food if that's what you're thinking. We would go back. read more

Pretty great pizza. The service has been great @ Mozzarelli's every time we've eaten there. Ordering over the phone has been slow a few times. I've even been put on hold once or twice for more than a few minutes. Overall, I've had no issues with anything. Check out the specials they have while in the restaurant. It could use a little sprucing up, but you're not really there for the scenery. The gelato isn't nearly as good as other places I've been, but it still is pretty tasty. read more

They would probably get 4 stars based on the quality of the pizza, but their service sucked so I am giving them 2 stars. First I was put on hold for approx 5 min - not a huge deal, but still an inconvenience nonetheless. The major inconvenience was not getting my pizza until about 1hr 30min after I ordered it. I was told that it would be 45-50 min, and when I called a little over an hour after I placed the order I was told that the driver is on the way. They were only about 1.5 to 2 miles away from my location, and it took another 20+ min for the driver to get here!? To top it all off, the pizza was a regular crust instead of thin and it was COLD!! Had to reheat it in the microwave...blah. All around they either need to hire more staff or fire the guys they have and start fresh - maybe even a new manager since this may be a leadership issue. read more

I was skeptical about seeing all 5-star reviews, but this place did not disappoint. Extremely clean, very friendly staff, and amazing food all combine to compel me to give it 5 stars as well. I've been to this place before and the food has been good. But yesterday we ordered take out and when we got home the pizza tasted horrible! The cheese tasted as if it was expired. So I decided to call them back and let them know to check their cheese since it might be going bad. The employee that took my call laughed and said that they always used the same cheese for all their pizzas. As I can recall from past times it's never tasted like it did. The employee decided to say "oh I'm sorry for this and then hung up on me!!! Horrible customer service! I wasn't expecting any kind of refund but at least offer us to take back the pizza so they could taste it for themselves and maybe make a new one for us! $18 thrown to the trash. Tried their pizza before and it was good..however..I went today and the cheese on the pizza tasted awful .. almost as if it had gone bad. The smell of the cheese was so overpowering. Called back to ask if the cheese was bad and if I could take it back so they could see for themselves and they hung up. Horrible customer service .. I wasn't expecting a refund but just wanted the pizza made again. If I could give a 0 I would.. never going back again, hope this doesn't happen to anyone else! read more
