Asked for a small pot to catch water from the pump. Then removed the old pump and installed the new one and put the washer back togeather . Turn it on and made it pumped water out. Armando was professional, prompt, he ssid i order the correct pump... There are pumps that are cheaper and they dont last for a few year then they brake down. He said he does the best repair , and if you have any other appliance that need repair... keep my phone number. I recommend him to anyone that needs to have any appliance repair. During this situation, Mike made statements directly to us that were different from what he later reported to the company. When I contacted the company to address the matter and provide clarification, I was extremely disappointed by the way my concerns were handled. I specifically informed the representative that I have camera footage that supports what I am saying and provides evidence of the comments that were made. Despite this, the representative refused to acknowledge or seriously consider the evidence. Instead of listening to my concerns and reviewing the facts, she was rude, dismissive, and unwilling to properly address the situation. I called specifically to make a complaint and speak with a manager because I believe my mother deserves to be treated with honesty, respect, and fairness. It is unacceptable for an elderly customer to be treated this way, particularly when there is evidence available that could help establish what actually occurred. I am requesting that management take this complaint seriously, review the circumstances, and investigate the conflicting statements and the conduct of the employees involved. I am also prepared to provide the camera footage as evidence. I expect a response explaining how this matter will be addressed. I also expect my mother to be treated with dignity and respect throughout this process. Thank you for your attention to this matter.
