I looked up online and saw his appliance repair. Left a message to call me back.... I didn't a chance when Armando called me said he missed my call. Told him my issue .... He said I know your washer... I may have a pump in my van... send a picture of model number to make sure I'll bring it out tomorrow send me directions to your ranch. The next day he came out looked at the washer and said it's the pump. He was meticulous in taking the washer apart. Front seal of the door, top the top off ... then panel in front of the washer. Asked for a small pot to catch water from the pump. Then removed the old pump and installed the new one and put the washer back togeather . Turn it on and made it pumped water out. Armando was professional, prompt, he ssid i order the correct pump... There are pumps that are cheaper and they dont last for a few year then they brake down. He said he does the best repair , and if you have any other appliance that need repair... keep my phone number. I recommend him to anyone that needs to have any appliance repair. At 12:10 Mahmoud arrived at my door. Very presentable and professional. Basically spent over an hour with our dryer examining everything, taking it apart, and determined that the drive motor was at fault (8 yr old unit). It's too bad these "modern" units don't last decades like the ones we grew up with, but that's a different issue. Mahmoud informed us of the estimate to fix, and basically it's about as much as a new unit. So I went onto Costco.com and bought a new dryer. Mahmoud charged the $65 inspection fee, and I believe it was worth every bit, especially since he spent probably 90 minutes of his time here. It's good to know that these professionals exist and if we ever have issues with our other appliances, I'll know who to call first. Thanks!
