I looked up online and saw his appliance repair. Left a message to call me back.... I didn't a chance when Armando called me said he missed my call. Told him my issue .... He said I know your washer... I may have a pump in my van... send a picture of model number to make sure I'll bring it out tomorrow send me directions to your ranch. The next day he came out looked at the washer and said it's the pump. He was meticulous in taking the washer apart. Front seal of the door, top the top off ... then panel in front of the washer. Asked for a small pot to catch water from the pump. Then removed the old pump and installed the new one and put the washer back togeather . Turn it on and made it pumped water out. Armando was professional, prompt, he ssid i order the correct pump... There are pumps that are cheaper and they dont last for a few year then they brake down.
