When I requested to see the video that recorded her receiving and counting the cash at the counter, she took a major attitude and acted like she was the victim. I wasn't sure if I was being scammed or if she was nuts. The next day, I called the company's main office in New Jersey to complain about my experience. No apology was offered by the rep I spoke with. Instead, the rep made excuses for the office manager and suggested that my leaving of a bad review on this site was an attempt to extort money from them. Apparently, the office manager can be hostile to customers, and anyone who calls it out will be cast as the problem.

I cannot sing their praises enough. The quality of the doors themselves and the installers they sent are top notch. The installers were most professional in their work and did not rush the job at all. The cleaned and swept everything before they left. It's a challenge to live in a tiny Manhattan studio and working and moving around that space can be difficult. There is not a mark on the walls or woodwork anywhere. They were professional, neat, polite, responsive to my questions, and most importantly, they really knew their stuff! We were very disappointed with this company. We purchased a small replacement awning and a new…read moremetal door. We showed the salesperson how to finish the bottom framing of the door and signed a contract. The door was not installed as agreed and there was an issue with the molding not affixed properly. We called for a repair visit and no one returned our call. Then we made an appointment for 12-3 , but no one called or came. We called back at 4:45 and were assured someone would be there that day. No one came. We made another appointment and the service man came, but claimed he wasn't given any parts. After a few minutes of discussion another employee came out of the same truck with the parts. That person then complained about the measurements, which had been taken by their salesperson, as being wrong and he had a negative attitude. I would not recommend this company.
