Stated he would send me a cancellation/refund confirmation and I didnt get it until I again had to email and ask for it. Terrible customer service, I ended up calling discount bathroom vanities who were wayyy nicer and were able to sell me the same vanity that was supposedly discontinued!

It even came with installation instructions. Yes, the delivery company only put it in my garage but that was explained when the delivery was scheduled. No issue for me. The customer service was good: I asked to replace two vanities and two mirrors that turned out to be the wrong size (my mistake!), and it was done. Two items came with a defect; one of them was replaced, the second one (with a minor defect) I decided to keep. I requested that two other items be returned for a refund, and my request was also granted, although it took me several calls to resolve the issue, and a restocking fee was charged (this Company policy is clearly spelled out in the Agreement form, so I do not have any reason to complain). The people who are running this place (Leonid, Igor, and Victor) are very nice, knowledgeable, and always willing to help. My daughter and I engaged John of Grand Kitchen Design to help design and supply the cabinets for a…read morekitchen renovation of her apartment. We had a couple of false starts on the first appointment, bur from that point on, John was incredibly responsive, professional and clear in communications with us. We must have had him develop and tweak the drawings 8+ times before we arrived at the final drawings. He personally came to the site to measure a few times. GKD only supplies stock cabinetry - nothing custom. Their warehouse is in New Jersey. As a result, the cabinets were delivered to us 7 days after we approved the final drawings; as promised and in good condition. One back panel was in the wrong material; the correct panel was delivered the next day. We also needed to modify and order other panels, and John was very accommodating and helpful in arranging that immediately. Other cabinet suppliers we talked to seemed to specialize in expensive custom cabinetry, which we felt was unnecessary for our needs, and the timeframe for delivery was 6 to 8 weeks (from Europe). Heaven knows what would happened if one piece was damaged or incorrect - it could protract the cabinet work by months. Speaking of costs, GKD was very affordable - again, a consideration that mattered greatly to us. The quality of the cabinets was very good, including the soft close features of the drawer and doors. The range of cabinet designs and materials was also very good. We felt we got excellent value for our money, but more than anything else, we got wonderful, personalized service from John. These guys showed me all their available cabinets and made a 3D design of my kitchen with cabinets and handles i like. I went ahead and ordered the cabinets, door handles and the very cool backsplash mosaic. I received the cabinets and they look awesome! My contractor is installing them as i am typing this review.
