It's required readjustment of the dehumidifier system, and including a baseboard heater. More recently, the sliding glass door was not working; called and asked them to look at it. It apparently had come off the track. The service person responded, spent 10 minutes adjusting the wheels, and then produced a bill of $495: $300 service call and $195 for labor.
