This is one of my favorite restaurants in Short Pump (4.5). The food is consistently good, the bar selection is excellent (although no dark beers on draft, which is my husband's go-to) and [[HIGHLIGHT]]good vibes.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] This time we ordered beers, pad see ew with beef, pad Thai with chicken, and fried tofu. I wish we has more because I was craving leftovers and there were some but I felt like it was the right things to let my child have them. Why must I be so selfless lol. Our app came out after the entrees, but not a big deal. Server was friendly.

Food is A tier in here, crab rangoons are the best I've ever had and usually I get the wings here and on occasion some drunken noodles. [[HIGHLIGHT]]It's a good time, this may be the only place around here other than Mona's lounge that has a DJ on the weekend.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]]

We loved this place and don't know why it took us so long to make it up here. [[HIGHLIGHT]]Atmosphere and food are top tier.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Our service at 3pm was great! We will be back!

First place I ate at for my virginia trip and it was a great choice. the food here was delicious, the service was quick and friendly, [[HIGHLIGHT]]the ambiance was perfect[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]]. I got the drunken noodles at a level 3 spice. I tend to think that food is never spicy enough (go figure), but level 3 hit the spot. overall i would 100% come back here again.

This spot is a vibe! I love the ambiance here and I feel like I'm transported to some Asian country honestly. The service here was amazing. They do get pretty busy so reserve online before you head there. They also have a great happy hour from 3-6:30! Let's talk food! Their drinks are superior. Aesthetic, delicious and super strong. I loved the effort they put into presentation cause I love a cute drink! The food, we ordered the crab Rangoon for the appetizer. The Rangoon were filled with straight cream cheese with little to no crab. So that was disappointing and a waste of $14. I got their pad sew ew, it wasn't my favorite and I've definitely had better at hole in the wall Thai restaurants. My partner got the beef bulgogi bowl. He described that as "okay." The portions were decent. I'd be willing to try other dishes cause I've heard such great things.

A little girls dinner on a school night with with two of my sidekicks for an evening @mpmtikibar. [[HIGHLIGHT]]The space is so inviting and the staff is amazing![[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] We decided to give their Monday $10 burger special (Larb Burger 4/5 and Tiki Burger 3.4/5) served with piping hot fries (5/5) a try but we also found some pretty refreshingly delicious drinks (shout out to the bartender, lol...the pain killer and mango mojito both 5/5), Crab Rangoon were huge with plenty of filling (4.1/5) and the Korean sauced wings (4.6/5) and Honey BBQ (4.1/5)crispy but still juicy and massive wings! If in SP give them a try! Gotta make it back for HH!

I got a reservation for Friday night at 7:30 for my wife and me, which was great. [[HIGHLIGHT]]To our surprise, they had a cool two-seater raised booth, which gave it the appearance of a step up from a standard table, even if it wasn't[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] . For whatever the reason, I just wasn't in the mood for any of the dishes they had to offer, so I ordered the buffalo wings. They were ok, and the fries were pretty basic. My wife had the caesar salad with grilled chicken and she said it was good. We order chicken fried rice "to go" for our son and his feedback was , it was ok. [[HIGHLIGHT]]I pass this place often and wanted to try it out because it always seems like the place to be.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] perhaps, I'll get be it another shot because I must be missing something.

Did not live up. I have heard this place is really hit or miss, and it was a total miss for us. It was so poor we left for dinner elsewhere. The drinks were overall good. the ambience was okay, but felt dirty. The food was sooo lack luster. The fries were soggy and tasted like old oil. We didn't even finish the crab rangoons, which is saying something. They were expensive for what they were and how many you got. The calamari was a good portion but lacked in seasoning all together. Our server was nice, but the experience was not.

Stopped by here on a whim for a late night dinner. Most of the food seemed to be Thai or Chinese style. Luckily everything I ordered was surprisingly good. Standouts for me were the chicken curry roti, crab fried rice, and also the crab rangoon. This place seems to get really crowded and loud though, which isn't necessarily a bad thing but I wouldn't come here if you're looking for a quiet date night. Overall though I would definitely come back as the food alone was really good.

The staff here was amazing. They were personable and polite and offered recommendations which were amazing. The decor makes you feel like you are truly at a Tiki bar. It was so good that we went for lunch then went back for happy hour. The food was great and the drinks were delicious. I will be back every time I travel back to the Richmond area.

I've driven by this spot a few times, so I was excited to finally try it a few weekends my first impression was that the ambiance was great-- the restaurant was full of people at around 6 PM on a Friday night, and the decoration was fun and eye catching. I found the service to be great and responsive as well, our waitress was consistent on checking in with us, yet also very accommodating when we were feeling a little indecisive. The food itself was passable, but it doesn't help that there are a lot of quality Thai restaurants in the area with similar offerings and better serving sizes/execution. For instance, I can speak to the stir fried/vegetable dishes; I ordered the basil eggplant (pictured), and there was a disappointing lack of the dish's namesake. I also tried the happy hour calamari which was quite delicious. I give a 3/5 stars because I am not sure if I would return specifically for the food; however, the restaurant itself and happy our offerings are definitely worth checking out at least once.

I got the Fried Calamari ($11, typically $14) during happy hour, Drunken Noodles with Duck($20) and a Thai tea($5). Thai Tea was great! It had the right balance of sweetness. The Fried Calamari was great for an appetizer for two during happy hour. The batter was great not overly battery, but still had perfect friedness to it. The drunken noodle had a small kick to it at a level 2 spice. The noodles were seasoned perfectly and were super savory. The duck was a bit average, the skin could've been cooked a bit more crispier and the meat itself felt like it could've tasted much better. Staff was a little slow during the happy hour, but it wasn't bad. Overall it was a good experience, the food is good but on a slightly on the pricier side for Thai food. The grilled chicken was juicy, the toppings were fresh, and the pickled onions added the perfect tangy bite. Every bite was delicious. We also tried the steak and fries, and the steak was cooked perfectly. It was a generous portion, tender, and topped with a flavorful chimichurri-style sauce. The fries were crispy and the perfect side. To top it all off, I had one of their frozen drinks, and it was so refreshing--the perfect pairing with the meal. If you're looking for a casual spot with great food, generous portions, and a fun tropical atmosphere, this place is definitely worth checking out. I'll definitely be back.

The staff were polite, but we had to ask several times to get items we were missing or things we wanted extras of. They checked in on us a fair number of times, but they still forgot to return to give us what we had asked for. By the time we were ready to leave, we still haven't gotten our dressings or our condiments. I also had asked for my burger to be well done, but I got a burger with quite a bit of pink in it. I didn't want to ask for it to be placed back on the grill because I didn't really want to wait longer for my food. Although I wanted my burger to be well done and I didn't get it that way, it was still pretty good. The fries though, I think was the best part of it. The fries were perfectly seasoned and crunchy! I also ordered a coke. Just a heads up, they don't do free refills on the sodas, so each cup is $4. My party also ordered salmon l'orange and a romano salad with salmon. My friends really enjoyed their main dishes, but we did ask for extra dressing. The restaurant is decorated in a boho-style vibe, and it was cute. We found the lighting on the side dining area to be a little bit too dim once the sun went down, but I do think it would've been perfect for a date night vibe. Overall, we had an okay experience.
