They emailed my report a few hours later and said the truck looked good; no suggested maintenance. Auto Stop is great. I've been taking my cars here for more than a decade. The email reports they send with pictures of your car are also very helpful. Let's you know what's good, what needs to be taken care of soon, and what can wait if you want. I called and left a voice mail (again - they literally make a point of not ever picking up the phone) telling them not to bother showing up. A little while later, Albert calls me back, and I agreed to reschedule for the next morning, figuring - ok, this guy is probably in business by himself - maybe he got busy, it's fine. Of course, the next day someone is supposed to be there by 9. I am not surprised at 9:30 when I get a phone call apologizing for being late - Albert had to take his kids to practice. Fine. But, he insisted he was on his way. 10:45 - still no one. Again, I had plans, so I called to cancel. At 11 I get a phone call that he is at my building. Sorry buddy, you did not check your voice mail (cuse you never pick up your phone) - and I should not have to wait two hours after the appointment time for you to show up. This place is extremely unprofessional. Honestly, if you were too busy to detail my car, you should not have let me make the appointment. I would have preferred that to wasting four hours this week sitting home waiting for you guys to show up.
