They emailed my report a few hours later and said the truck looked good; no suggested maintenance. Auto Stop is great. I've been taking my cars here for more than a decade. I called and left a voice mail (again - they literally make a point of not ever picking up the phone) telling them not to bother showing up. A little while later, Albert calls me back, and I agreed to reschedule for the next morning, figuring - ok, this guy is probably in business by himself - maybe he got busy, it's fine. Of course, the next day someone is supposed to be there by 9. I am not surprised at 9:30 when I get a phone call apologizing for being late - Albert had to take his kids to practice. Fine. But, he insisted he was on his way. 10:45 - still no one. Again, I had plans, so I called to cancel. At 11 I get a phone call that he is at my building. Sorry buddy, you did not check your voice mail (cuse you never pick up your phone) - and I should not have to wait two hours after the appointment time for you to show up.
