No update, so I called the Shop and they said it was in the key to be worked on. 230. No update. No response from the road to Shop. I caught an Uber to the Shop which had my expenses. $14.75. When I arrived at the Shop, there was five guys in the lobby. Just seen around. I think they were employees. And when I asked her about my car they gave me this. Oh shit look and he said oh, they're about to pull it in. The time was now three that day and they asked me if I wanted the Service after all. And I said hell. No it took you four hours not to do an oil change. That's upsurd . Give me my Keys. I fed a complaint on the road to app. I received your text and someone was gonna reach out to me. Today is Wednesday, February 11 and no one has ever reached out to me. I will never use a Service again. Worse Customer Service experience I've experienced ever, and I will badmouth this Company on social media to all my coworkers to all my acquaintance to everybody. After getting the runaround, I did additional due diligence and came across Will in Rockville, MD. Despite me being 90-miles away, Will professionally addressed all my questions, gave insightful advisements and coordinating the scheduling of my service. He patiently took my numerous initial phones calls I should note. Will accommodated me allowing drop off on Friday and ... even worked on Sunday to complete the scope of service. At a glance, Will applied the two step paint correction (which enabled a high gloss/shine and made my black car pop even more) and the Max ceramic coating ... near the start of November 2021. He was meticulous and thoroughly detailed in attention and quality. No corners were sacrificed and Will took his time to ensure his work spoke itself. And it certainly did.
