Wow - we were blown away by what a great job he did on our filthy, 8 year old dog carrier/automobile. As others have mentioned he was professional, prompt, courteous, and easy to coordinate with via text message. He showed up on time and stayed until the job was done - and this was not an easy job. We only did the interior of the car as we had some guests coming in from out of town whom we didn't want to overwhelm with dog hair, and when he was done the hair was all gone and the interior looked better than new. The interior used to smell pretty bad (no idea why) and was driving me crazy but after William's visit it looks and smells awesome, as well as the exterior and the engine. Excellent service. The details matter for this sort of thing, and William is clearly someone who cares about that. He was attentive to needs, punctual, neat, friendly, and responsible. I don't think you can beat his prices, the convenience, or the results. In addition to my car being clean, I loved the fact that I was not over-powered by a harsh smell of cleaning products when he was done. Like I said, his prices are competitive for detailing no matter where you go. Plus, he fit me in last minute, with day-of notice and saved me before having to cart around out of town guests. So we travel a lot and the car shows it. We are staying for 2 days with a relative who was blunt enough to point this out lol! So upon her recommendation, we called On the Go. This guy was a jerk. He was 45 minutes late, repeatedly addressed me as "sweetie" (I told him that I didn't appreciate it). Then, he could not find my house. He actually said to me "I am in front of your house." Well, he wasn't since I was in front of the house holding the phone. Then he admitted he had no idea where he was. He blamed his GPS, the street signs, me, but he failed to assign any blame to himself. After calling me sweetie, and me letting him know that it was disrespectful, he finally told me to "call him when I had time because this was taking up too much of his time." Um, I was read on time, it was he who had the problem and was late. He finally said the could not come and drove away. He called me again and tried to reschedule, but he said he could not come back today because he had another appointment that "he could not reschedule." I guess his next appointment was more important than me. I would not use his service, I would avoid his service especially if you are a woman. He was disrespectful and late. read more
