this is the worst hospital I've ever been to I asked them…read moreto take me to UT South cause that's the hospital that knows me they refuses to in sent me here they had to they tried to put IV in me four times the fifth I told them no they were telling me they had to have two IVs and that if I left, it'll be malpractice and stuff and I didn't care cause there as soon as I got there the EMS was flirting with the Nurse with his wedding ring on all the nurses were gossiping loudly. Once I got to the person that was going to stitch my hand otook one look and said that he couldn't do the procedure. He told me to go to the emergency room. I stopped by the front desk and I was told I couldn't get my refund of $65 copay although no work had been done. She then said that she would contact the manager and told me to call back as I left for the emergency room. I called back on 06/09/25 speaking to a different front dest person telling me I should have tried to get it on 06/06 and I told her I did. That young lady called me on 06/10/25 leaving me a voicemail saying the manager denied my request for a refund because the male nurse did take a look at my hand. I tried filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau but they are not accredited with them. I will never go that particular office location again for nothing. My bank is going to reach out to them. Everyone avoid them and don't give them any business until they do right by their customer. I hope this helps someone because I've learned a $65 lesson.

I advise that you avoid this facility at all cost for yourselves or your loved ones. The staff is…read moreneglectful, administration incompetent, facility over crowded and loud. Prior to her knee surgery, my mom toured the facility and believing that she'd be placed in the newer rehab portion of the hospital, decided she'd go there to begin her healing process. When she arrived they didn't have a bed in that unit available so they put her in the convalescent wing while she waiting for the next available bed. That is not unusual and is common practice. However, what I hope is uncommon is the way the staff neglected her during her one-night stay. I won't go into detail but suffice it to say she was shown the ultimate indignities. Thankfully, unlike the other residents in that wing who are unable to speak and advocate for themselves, my mother can and does. Without much help from the administration, I got her out of there the next day feeling regret that I couldn't do the same thing for the other people there. Heaven only knows what they endure but are unable to communicate.

When I tried to inform Kaitlyn Johnson about it, she of corse made excuses for her staff and somewhat apologized. I was not satisfied but was happy to at least have gotten an half ass apology. I called again today and the same girl answered the phone. I could tell because it was the same exact experience as the last. I will not be returning to this medical facility and will not recommend Kaitlyn to anyone. I do not deserve to be treated less than or talked to like I am an idiot.
