When I asked why he said that "if we mess up there's no way we could refund you a new one or get one back to you in time". I clearly was confused as to why his first thought was they it would get messed up. Then he said that the machines could mess it up and it wouldn't be enough time to get a new one. I relayed to him that I was coming with 6 weeks anticipation. So either they don't have reliable machines or their work is not up to standard. Makes sense since they don't have very recent reviews on the internet. Will definitely recommend friends and family elsewhere. I wanted to support local and this is their business model? Let's see how long that stay in business if they are not doing small jobs due to the unreliability of their machines or their knowledge. As I enter I hear Latin strings and music being sung in the background that filled the shop and gave me the feeling that I was stepping through a threshold into another world. The place has thousands of items in it I'm sure. I don't know how he found room for everything in such a small space. Carlos introduced himself to me.
