From working with races across the state to partnering with local run clubs, Gazelle has made a name for themselves as the store that cares. They carry all the name brands you want: from Lulu to Vuori to Hoka and beyond. Prices are higher but Gazelle stands by their products and have a generous return policy! I have bought running shoes, tested them at job and exchanged them with ease. Gazelle has multiple locations across the state, but if you are in the west Michigan area, I recommend going to the 28 location because their selection will be wider than the DT spot. I was able to find the shoes I wanted fairly quickly, but they were a little limited in my size (6-6.5). I think you can have them order different sizes and get them shipped to you. They have a rewards program where you can earn points. The shoes I went with were cheaper at DSW than on Amazon. Overall I like DSW and think they have a good selection of different styles. It's nice to be able to try stuff on in person, especially shoes. Parking in this area is a bit of a nightmare as the parking lot is always crowded and it's not laid out very well.
