It's possible this fridge still needs one other part (a damper that is completely missing that he saw when he took the whole assembly apart to install the sensor), but he said just to watch it today and see if it's acts normally or not (since it seems that part was never there before?) and then just call him if it does and he'll come by and pop that in too and, all in, will still wind up being MUCH less then getting a new fridge.
