My windshield cracked last week after the ice/snow event. I shopped around found pricing all over the ball park. Not only did I learn more about auto glass than I needed to, but the wide variety of Mobile installers Willing to travel 30-40 miles made me scratch my head as to why I ended up talking to my mechanic of 20 years and he told me he always uses Mr Auto Glass in Dover. They were one of the installers that I had looked at their price was fair and I especially liked that I could go to their shop unlike a mobile guy I had the windshield replaced today, they were quick and friendly, very neat and clean, their quoted price was what I paid and I can't be happier. I had 2 rocks hit my windshield on the highway from trucks. One chip ended up growing and I needed my windshield replaced. This shop was recommended to me and they were fabulous! The passenger side mirror on my Audi was falling off the housing. Not experiencing this before I went to the dealer who wanted a crazy amount of money to replace the entire mirror when in my opinion it needed a little glue. Not sure what to do next I went to a local body shop who suggested I check out a auto glass shop. That's when I met Mark at Mr. Auto Glass. The state police pulled my father over and told him to fix the tint that was installed on his car by a dealership and had been on there for almost two years. These guys are alright man. They waited for me to get out from work, I really appreciated that fellas. I sat down in the garage while they worked on the glass, it was hilarious listening to these guys joke around. They were very down to earth. These guys are phenomenal. I actually had to see them twice and both times I left extremely happy with the service. The first time was a golf ball sized crack that other places told me I should just replace the whole windshield. But Mr. Autoglass accepted the challenge and it worked! The second trip was months later when another, separate crack had shot down the whole other side of the windshield. Even with the windshield splitting in two, the original patch held true and never faltered. I went back and they replaced the whole windshield for a fraction of the dealer's quote and prices are better than Safelite. Their location is easy to find, the prices are great, and the staff works wonders. As long as I live in northern NJ, I won't go anywhere else. read more

Upon calling my insurrance company, they were able to put me in touch with Mr. Autoglass a day after they left a message and had faxed paperwork over. They called me immediately the next day and i scheduled an appointment for 3 days later. They were super convenient and professional. I was recommended to come to this location by a family member who works as a mechanic for a police department and I am so glad I took his recommendation!! My back windshield came off one of the hinges as it can open like a tailgate. We called Mr. Autoglass the next day. The owner, Mark, was very friendly and very quickly contacted the car dealership and ordered the part for my car. He told us he would call back as soon as the part came in , which he actually did! We made an appointment for Friday afternoon (we had called just the morning before) and they actually took in car in at the appointment time! Renzo worked on my car and he was fantastic!! He finished very quickly, cleaned up any mess he made, cleaned my window, and actually put the back seat back to where it was as he had to move it to get to the windshield!!
