What really stood out was how smoothly everything went between his company and my insurance (Progressive)--such a huge relief. Jon was also incredibly understanding and flexible, especially with the possibility of rain and my limited garage space. He was willing to work with me to make sure everything still got done without any issues. Just to be clear, I worked directly with Jon at 877-215-7735 (BEWARE, DO NOT confuse this with another company with the same name!!!!).     I had an appointment from 9-11 am. No one came. Around 11:30 they call me to tell me they are 30…read moremins away. I asked them why didn't they communicate as I have other obligations. I made sure to be home at the time being that I was coming from work and I sat in my car for 2 hours waiting for them and they never showed. 12:30 they still didn't come they are calling me trying to confirm my address when that information was communicated the day prior. After so much delay making me late to other obligations I asked them to cancel as they had no regards to my time and no accountability. Things happen, delays happen but you have to communicate. They offered me a $25 discount which I thought was a slap in the face. I was about to spend $600. I told them to forget it, I was going to do business with them because I was referred to them but the experience was so bitter that I'd rather spend my money elsewhere. A lady calls me back asking me if I'm sure I want to cancel I said yes because they don't respect me nor my time. I informed her I will fix my window elsewhere. She refused to take accountability then tells me "f you b*tch". I hung up. I never rose my voice at her, I never cursed at her. It's pretty bold for them to call me to curse me out when they messed my whole day up due to their lack of professionalism.

It remains, frankly, unacceptable that Safelite doesn't let you get anyone on the phone to discuss issues. This has been both my experience and that of a family member, who had worse issues with Safelite than I did (In their case, they installed a defective windshield and damaged the vehicle's electronics). My issues are that Safelite broke plastic parts when replacing my windshield some time ago, and the rear view mirror was attached so poorly that it not only came off but took a piece of the windshield with it. Could not get anyone on the phone to discuss. I went to a Safelite location today, and they made an appointment to replace my windshield under warranty. I was not given an argument at any time that the problem might have been my fault. Extra credit for that (and for sure, it wasn't my fault). It's still the case that the original replacement of the windshield should have been done on-site as originally ordered, as at the time Safelite lacked the means to do a calibration on my car (the latest replacement, under warranty, included a vehicle calibration, for which I am thankful). Nonetheless I've upgraded my rating to four. But Safelite, please, find a way to have representatives either talk by phone or chat with customers online, even if it's just to discuss the situation and tell us to visit a Safelite location.

At the end of the day I went to pick up my car and noticed they had just gotten started. I waited patiently for two additional hours and he managed to finish the side windows unfortunately after trying three times on the rear he had gotten completely frustrated. I paid my bill and went on my way. The following day I noticed hair, bubbles and a horrible cutting job of window film.I've tried to contact Dave numerous time by phone and text but has completely dismissed my calls.STAY AWAY! Phone call after phone call, message after message, with no answer or reply. The message on his phone is no longer Sunrays. It has some woman and only her name on the message. I finally got a hold of him and scheduling was a nightmare. He couldn't do the work until nightfall. Then the quality was awful. Now I can't get him to honor the lifetime warranty and replace the tint that was done so poorly. I don't know what happened, but Sunrays has gone to s**t. It's like he doesn't care. I won't recommend this place anymore. It is a shame. How the mighty have fallen.

    Great workmanship! I was rear ended at a red light that caused damaged to my bumper…read morecover/valance/diffuser. All these items had to be replaced. I was given an initial estimate from the insurance company. However, once Robbies took off the bumper cover, he saw additional hidden damage (rear impact bar, lower molding, skid plate along with a few other smaller items). Sinclair (one of Robbie's appraiser) immediately notified me of the situation and assured me he will get in contact with the insurance company to work with them so get the additional damages repaired/replaced as well. Sinclair was on point the entire time my car was in the shop (total of 4 days). He kept me updated on the status almost on a daily basis via email communication. Once the work was completed, I inspected the car and it looks brand new. Body gaps are just as good as factory gaps. The paint matched perfectly, and dare I say.....even better quality than factory paint as I noticed some orange peel in some lower panels with the factory paint. Ed was the body guy that worked on my car and he did an awesome job! Overall, I was extremely happy with my experience at Robbie's. I valued the open line of communication I had with Sinclair. He explained exactly what was taking place and gave me a heads up on what I should expect during the repairs. I also run dual dashcams in my car. After I got the car back, I reviewed the dashcam footage when they had the vehicle.The guys are top notch professionals using top end tools (Snap On) along with top end equipment. Handled the car with respect. 5 star in my books!

My friend owns Ferraris and raved about the quality of Robbie's work. Good enough for an exotic, it had to be good enough for a Toyota! Man, was I right. We were doing errands on the day the work would be finished and by chance we drove by as they were moving my Toyota from the garage to the parking lot. As we passed by, I could see, at 40 MPH, that the bumper appeared "as new"! When we were called a few hours later to come pick up our vehicle, I saw up close how right I was. The bumper's chrome gleamed in the sun. And I smiled... The work came in as budgeted and on time. The folks at Robbie's worked with insurance companies to handle any needed updates. My job was easy, drive the Toyota in and come and pick it up. Job done... Accidents can happen but when there are good folks like the team at Robbie's, the pain and frustration can be made less onerous. Highly recommend!
