Delicious, savory, and just hit the spot. The pork was thinly sliced and tender. Though I could subtly taste the salted fish in the sauce, I did not see any pieces of the salted fish which was a bit disappointing. However, the ginger and scallions and peppers added a beautiful heat to the dish. (It made me think of a milder version of a Cantonese dish with steamed ground pork, water chestnuts and salted fish but less fish flavor). Kam Heong chicken with rice was also tasty. They used white meat which is not my favorite but it wasn't dry. The lemongrass really shines in the dish. I've never had it before any where else so I googled what was in it and ordered it since it sounded good. Has a bit of heat to it too which I always like. I had read another review where they said it was like home style cooking and I have to agree. Definitely some unique dishes that cannot be found anywhere else around here.
