Cute brunch spot by the water. It was a little tricky to find with Google Maps. We went on a busy weekend. You put your name on a list and then they call you and get you seated. Food can take a while to come since everything is made fresh. Hubby thought the meat empanadas were ok, wish they could have had more stuffing. I liked my crab cake Benedict. All the baked goods are really good. We enjoyed the cookies and the Argentine style cake slice we brought back to enjoy later. They only have bottled water so bring a drink with you while you wait on the hot summer days.

On the water and Google Maps struggles to get you here. The surface streets under the bridge work out if you are diligent. Think old Florida fishing shack meets good food. We had the French Toast and a breakfast sandwich. Good coffee and nice servers. There is a long line some times so plan on that I guess. I had a good mean and the locals that recommended it were right. It's not fancy and if you can sit inside you can beat the heat.

We went for lunch and they didn't disappoint. I had Chimimchurri Steak sandwich with fries with lemonade. Also BLT sandwich was ordered w/ adding potato salad homemade. Our server was great and we really enjoyed looking out at river and boat landing & pier.

What a great little place. Food is so delicious, staff is very friendly, and it's just very calm with nice views. I wished I lived closer cause I would stop by here on a regular base.

The food was fantastic. Our waitress was so sweet and so much fun. I even enjoyed a mimosa for my birthday. We all enjoyed our breakfast meals and atmosphere.

Oh my goodness this place is amazing! Charming little breakfast dive, comfortable and welcoming atmosphere. The service was fantastic, very attentive without hovering. The food?! Ohhhhhhh it was so good. French toast was off the charts, my steak & cheese omelette was perfect, the home fries were delicious. Definitely a new go-to in PCB

Bananas Foster Pancakes - with caramel drizzle & real whipped cream

This was near impossible for Waze & Apple Maps to find for some reason & we almost gave up. So glad we didn't. (Try navigating to Boondocks Restaurant just across road from it.) Anyway, looks like a small shack with outdoor seating but there's a cozy inside dining area with 10-12 tables. We ended up here twice during vacay week. Day 1, I got Bananas Foster pancakes (huge w/ multiple dollops of fresh whipped cream). Wife got Monte Cristo sandwich. Both delicious & what appeared to be the only server was capably whirlwind-ing around the place keeping everyone tended. Only knock is they were out of hot black tea but wife said coffee was delicious. Day 2, I got the 2+2+2, under the allegedly "smaller plate" menu: 2 eggs, 2 bacon & 2 French toast. Still took some home. Wife got the special, cranberry orange French toast - again good. With an Argentinian owner, it doubles as a bakery as well - we were just too full to order extras.

Sitting outside eating breakfast.. great place

Recommended on FB as a great breakfast place. Many had not heard of it so we "Seek and found" very pleased. Wrote it up on FB site " Hole-in -the/wall-cafe, service/ food variety/ food was excellent. Season and off season days/time vary so look it up . Will return

    The Bay Cristo

The food is expensive and only OK, the Bay Cristo should be billed as a french toast sandwich for accuracy. The Meat Lovers empanada was by far the best thing we ate and it wasn't great. My wife thought it was exceptional. All the condiments are made in advance because my sour cream had the water on top. The cookies are exceptional especially the raspberry tart. The view would be beautiful except it overlooks a broken down dock and barge. There are plenty of ducks roaming the grounds so if you love animals like that or have small children they will be entertained. Avoid the coffee and lattes, the syrups are mostly sugar free (which we were unaware of when we ordered), look like they have been sitting awhile, and come from a discount store like Homegoods. It was extremely busy but it is also spring break in Panama City Beach. Not sure if this was just an off day or the typical service. I will definitely try again in the future and make a final decision then.

The fun way to visit Bayside Cafe tucked away under the bridge.

Something weird happened here. Mystery pretty good before, now totally gross gamey meat and greasy empanadas.

From the moment you walk in, the vibe is warm, colorful, and welcoming--think beachy charm with a touch of artsy personality. The staff are genuinely friendly and attentive without being overbearing, which sets the tone for a relaxed, enjoyable meal. The food is where this place really shines. Breakfast and brunch are standouts, with creative twists on classics. The French toast is thick, fluffy, and perfectly sweet, while the omelets are loaded with fresh ingredients and cooked just right. Their baked goods--especially the muffins and pastries--taste homemade in the best possible way. If you stop by for lunch, the sandwiches and wraps are equally impressive, packed with flavor and generously portioned. Coffee lovers won't be disappointed either--their brews are rich and smooth, pairing perfectly with the menu. Everything feels thoughtfully prepared, not rushed or mass-produced. What really elevates Andy's Flour Power is the consistency. Whether you're a first-timer or a regular, you can count on great food, a laid-back atmosphere, and service that makes you feel like part of the community. If you're anywhere near Panama City Beach, this is absolutely worth a stop--especially for a slow, satisfying breakfast that sets the tone for the rest of your day.

Unfortunately, this was a really disappointing experience. We came with a party of 12 for brunch,…read moreso we expected it to take a little longer, but it still took about 50 minutes for our food to come out, and we ended up being there for nearly two hours. The food was very hit or miss. My grilled cheese looked like it had been smashed in a panini press, but the cheese wasn't even melted, and the bacon didn't add much. The fries were honestly the best thing on my plate. The chicken salad sandwich was incredibly dry--more like a brick of chicken salad between two slices of bread than an actual sandwich. The grits were by far the worst part of the meal. They were watery, the grains tasted undercooked, and the texture was just awful. My mimosa was basically orange juice with little to no champagne, and using pulpy orange juice made it even less enjoyable. To be fair, not everything was bad. My mom said her eggs Benedict were some of the best she's had, and my sister's BLT was okay, not terrible, but definitely nothing special. Overall, aside from the fries and the eggs Benedict, the food was disappointing, especially considering the wait. We left wishing we'd gone somewhere else.
