Disappointing. Had an issue here and the workers ignored me. They use non-English speaking staff (sure) but a little courtesy goes a long way. Not expecting the Ritz Carlton here. Edit: Dryers here don't give you heat for the full time displayed on dryer timer. The dryers will go into a silent cooldown mode with ~2 minutes left on your time. Other dryers do not do this or indicate it visibly, such as the dryers at home that indicate 'Cooldown'. Other commercial laundromats around here do not employ this practice. read more

I've been here 3 times, and I think it's safe to say this laundromat is going to be my new laundromat. It is very clean and pretty big! So even on the busiest of days, you'll always find a washing machine and dryer. I've been here on a Saturday late lunch/early evening, although busy, I had no problems using 4 machines. Even managed to grab a folding station. If you go on a weekday, it's pretty empty. BEWARE: every once in a while there is a running child. The people who own the place are pretty nice as well. They have two coin machines that take up to $20. It's $1.75 (7 quarters) for small washing machines. And $3.50 (14 quarters) for the medium sized ones. It helps that it's 24/7. Being that I work the overnight shift, I know that on my days off where I can't sleep at night, I can just come here and kill some time doing laundry. Too bad they have no wifi! It would be great to catch up on emails or shows whole doing laundry! Otherwise I would've given them 5 stars! I'm going to have to try their drop off service. You can't beat the double loader for just 7 quarters = $1.75 and dryers for (.25) a quarter for 8 mins of hot drying. It's open 24 hours and not too many bums in and out. There is no parking lot so that is a negative but amble street parking in my opinion. They left a bunch of bleach spots on my pants and when I asked them about it they said that I already left bleach on my pants when I gave them the laundry (which I already separated by colors before I dropped it off with them). Okay, so the first time I came here, I got a bunch of someone else's socks in my bag, which freaked me out. I said something to the lady there and ever since I have not had one issue - my clothes are always done on-time or early and they are perfectly washed and folded. The customer service here is rather good and I am finally starting to trust other people with my clothes! We do our laundry here regularly like every other weekend. Sometimes it gets too overcrowded, and sometimes just fair enough to be able to use the machines without being nudged in the elbow by the other customer. This laundromat is a 24 hour 7 times a week kind of place, very well kept, big and spacious, and has one restroom that is cleaned regularly for its customers to use. Even if we had to stop by one time, because of the sudden urge to use it because of drinking. lol The staff are very nice people, who are very accommodating with common needs like water spilling- out- of- the- machine-kind-of-thing because you are stupid enough to not put the clothes properly inside, or the instances wherein the machine-eats-your-last-quarter moments. I prefer doing the laundry on weekday afternoons where nobody will bother you or bother looking at you, while you take out your dirty stuff and parade them in between switching machines. But that is very random and impossible now with my time schedule. So with this, i therefore conclude that this place is a woo hoo!! There's not much I look for in a laundromat. A machine makes the clothes wet and another machine undoes that by making the clothes dry. After discovering this place I just had to review it to let you know this is the most welcoming laundromat and you could never tell from the outside. The laundromat dog is cute, his name is Happy. They have vending machines, an ATM, magazines, a children's book cart, arcade machines, and of course washing and drying machines (lots of those). It's very spacious and they're open 24/7. Their staff is so friendly and helpful too. They do alterations and dry cleaning. It's a great place you never knew you always wanted to do your laundry in. read more

Used to like coming here, but am now over it. 1) the A/C isn't working. 2) The ladies who work here are completely bitchy and unhelpful. They act like it's a total inconvenience for them to help you when a machine isn't acting properly. They don't offer help if a dryer isn't heating properly. I had just moved into this neighborhood. Excited to have a big laundry around the corner. First time I went it took them a while to find my bag but after digging and moving many many bags it was found. Second time I left my laundry on 11/3. I picked it up the following Monday as I was not in the area that weekend. Again they couldn't find it. Looked everywhere. Then they said I had picked it up already. I stood there with my ticket in hand and said no I hadn't. They insisted I did. 5 Min. passed arguing that I had not. They said my sister came. No...that didn't happen. Then they realized someone gave MY BAG to the wrong customer. Being a patient person I said ok, please call me when you locate the customer and have my bag back. Every week I stopped in. First they said they found the bag and the customer was going to bring it back. I told them to take my number and call me as I was going out of town that weekend. When I returned they said the customer hasn't brought it back and that it would be coming and they will call me. I stopped in again as I do every week. The last time they said she refuses to bring in back and they told me I need to go with them with the police and get my bag back. I told them NO. It was their responsibility. They gave it to someone other than myself and they need to get it back or compensate me for my lost articles. Later that night they call me and tell me to bring the bag back. I explain that I'm the one that the bag was taken from and they called the wrong person. After 5 min. of this conversation they realized they called the wrong person. Don't ever go to this place. They lost my button and did not care. They lost my dry cleaning and did not care. They did not even bother to say sorry. They always kept on saying just come back again like I have all the time in the world. I had to go once a week to check if they found my dry cleaning for over a month. Then, I decided not to go for a year and recently I went there for alternation because this place is only available at night. They messed it up so badly. Hem line in some part is two in some part is one. Some parts do not have hem. The line itself is not even straight. If I ask a stranger in the street, they would do better job. If I do this with my feet, it would be way better. Then, I called and talked to the manger, she said I did not need to pay for this. I just went there to pick it up. A guy with so much attitude at the front said he does not know anything about and I needed to come back. If you are the manger, shouldn't you leave a msg or something ? Conclusion: They are unprofessional, very rude, not worth for a penny. Do not ever go there and have unnecessary unpleasant experience like I had so many. There are so many other choices. 55 gets a 5! You really can't ask for more from a laundromat. It has plenty of machines, clean bathroom, all your cleaning supplies for sale in case you run out mid wash, vending machines, magazines, and books. They also provide dry cleaning and drop off services. I can see how this place would get crowded because the other laundromats in the area can't really compare but I've only gone in the early morning hours when there is a handful of people there at most. The main reason why I am giving this laundromat 5 stars is because of the drop off service. I absolutely love it. It is convenient for for me since I have a busy schedule and I can't possibly find time to go. I simply drop off my laundry before work and pick it up on my way home. However, I will advise to leave them special instructions for certain items that need special care, or simply just wash them at home (good ol' hand washing never killed any one!). I started doing this from the first time I dropped them off because I saw how popular their drop off service was. So far so good. Also, the prices are very reasonable. read more

Some weeks, I feel like I live in this place. It's the biggest laundromat I have ever seen. Probably one of the cleanest. And, one where the employees actually greet you as they walk by sweeping up or wiping down the machines. I rarely see any out-of-service equipment. And, as I continue my short sentence review, they have an on-site tailor and handle your dry cleaning. Oh, and it's 24 hours, meaning that if you have a night when you can't sleep, you can wash your undies at 4am if you want (hypothetically, of course) - just beware that it is actually crowded at that hour. I can't add much to the previous reviews as this is a large laundromat and I don't have much to say about large laundromats other than they help me clean my clothes. That said, two notes... 1) First time there I found an erotic lesbian novel just lying on one of the clothes sorting counters. This brightened up my spin cycle. There is no better reading material while watching towels tumble dry than a sweet lesbian version of Lady Chatterly's Lover. I left it there and surprisingly have never been able to find it since. 2) My wife forgot her blackberry there and voila - it was stolen. We tried calling the phone but received no response until we texted an offer for a cash reward to the person who "found" it. We got a call from some thick accent and arranged to meet back at the laundromat. We found the "good Samaritan," took the blackberry, and gave him the reward money - oh wait, no we didn't. He stole the blackberry so we gave him nothing and just took back the phone. read more

This laundromat is spacious! Although it gets filled up over at the weekends especially Friday evenings and Saturday mornings you won't end up elbow-to-elbow with another person. Trust no one's going to take your stuff even if you leave them for an hour or more (although I don't advice you to do that) and the staff are friendly and accommodating particularly when the washer's door doesn't seem to close. Great dry cleaning service, couldn't ask for more. Once you give them your name and phone number, the laundromat saves it into the system so that your information can be quickly retrieved. Compare to other laundromats in the area, this location has a quicker turn around, and for a two-piece man suit, it charges $7, versus elsewhere $8 or $9. Definitely a plus! read more

Never ever ever again. Was loyal and was going multiple times a week and then got a bag of baby clothes back damp but I let it go..dropped off laundry and had a jacket in there that they literally melted the zipper off of and singed the down feathers. When I went back I was met with contempt as if it was my fault and it's been a hassle trying to locate the manager to even rectify the situation. An "I'm sorry" would go a long way and replacing the zipper is all I was hoping for. Don't waste your money. read more
