9.75/10 homemade salsa. Great beer/cider options, and great prices. Outlets and WiFi are available + the bartender is very nice.

Her daughter picked the place as a place she thought her mom would like. I ordered the Quesabirria Tacos with Consome that was ABSOLUTELY amazing. The meat was tender and juicy. Excellent flavor and the tortillas were perfectly crisp. Not so hard the roof of your mouth needs Band-aids but so your ears hear a crunch that is sensory pleasing. The staff and especially the Bartender were super rad! Side note is that my gram is 90 yrs old with failing health. She hasn't been able to go out of the house in weeks, but she made it to this and enjoyed all of it. So I thank you for that! And my 49yr old cousin just got out of the hospital after surviving a stroke 2 weeks ago. The Kaiser Santa Rosa ER tried to send him home! So be your own advocate! We had a lot on our hearts. We thank you for allowing us a place to let down our shoulders and exhale, even if just for a short while.

The Atlas beer is lovely - it's light and refreshing while still having a bold hoppy flavor. On most recent visit we had their Garden Salad and Chicken Parmigiana. Both the salad and the pasta were great! We loved the use of the three-bean salad in the Garden Salad. The Chicken parm was fresh, crispy, and the sauce was wonderfully tangy and fresh tasting. We thoroughly enjoyed the food, atmosphere, and the friendly service. We plan on making an effort to visit more often! Previous review: Only been by here a few times, as it is at the farthest end of town from where I live... That said, every time I have come, I have had great food and service. The fresh wood-oven pizzas are tasty - it is hard to beat a real wood-oven pizza. I have to say their smashburger is one of the best I have had (fries are pretty solid too!). They have a full bar, and good selection of beers and wines - so there is something for nearly everyone here. They get the basics here right - and the overall experience is pretty solid.

Brew is a colorful cafe right on the corner of B…read moreSt and Healdsburg Ave. It has cute outdoor seating with umbrellas and plenty of chairs and tables inside without feeling cramped. It's got bar seating too! There's also some board games if you want something to play with friends over drinks. Ordered a 12oz matcha latte with almond milk ($7) and opted to have it unsweetened. Overall smooth but not too strong, and a tiny bit sweet probably from whatever almond milk they use! I like mine a bit stronger and it's not the best I've had but decent! "For here" mugs are always a plus in my book too. Brew is unique that it doubles as a cozy bar too once the late afternoon rolls around. They've got interesting events happening throughout the month posted on their sign. Some of their food and pastries are sourced from local Red Bird Bakery and Village Bakery too if you're hungry! Parking might suck, you could find street parking maybe on 8th St or if you're early you could park by the meters for free before 9AM. There's a $1/hr parking garage right nearby but if there's nothing, best to park at SR Plaza for free and make the 5min walk over. I really like the vibes of Brew and wanna come back for a happy hour one day! It's nice to see a very queer friendly cafe/bar rolled into one!

It provides the perfect atmosphere for studying and not having a feeling of being rushed. This past weekend, my husband suggested we check out a cafe we haven't been to for breakfast. I mentioned Brew even though I have been there. He took a look at their social and menu and thought it looked pretty good! We very much enjoyed slowing down for a moment while enjoying our breakfast burrios and mochas. I love having my coffee in an actual mug when I'm staying at a cafe for a bit. It's just a nice cozy touch. The breakfast burritos were good but they could be mixed a little better. It was very sectioned by egg, cheese, potato and bacon. Like each bite only had one. Layering might help this but the flavor was still amazing! Brew is known for being welcoming to everyone and that has never changed. We love the environment and the service they provide!

I sat at the bar and was served by the owner of the Pub, who is from the UK. I loved chatting with him about the pub and all the fun things that go on there. I happened to come in on Trivia Night, which gets a decent crowd! For dinner, I ordered the Braised Beef Guinness pie and a Guinness to go with it. The pie comes out steaming hot with a nice layer of browned mashed potatoes on top. There is real crust to this kind of pie. Underneath the mashed potatoes is more like beef stew. Large chunks of tender beef and vegetables are sitting in a delicious Guinness stew. On the side, a fresh salad to go with it. For $24 the portion you get is perfect and along with a good pint of beer this is the way to go. I will definitely be back to try some of their other food!

My wife and I had just visited Abbey Tavern this past weekend, a premier Scottish pub in the City, and we expected a similar atmosphere. However, the moment we showed up, we were met with great disappointment. The Goose & Fern is honestly a terrible place to watch a sports match: there was only a single TV mounted in the back corner of the restaurant, the TV wasn't particularly large, and the speakers had been turned completely off. What a bust. Although the food was decent, especially the Shepherd's pie -- which came piping hot in a small cast iron skillet, the service was downright dreadful and almost non-existent. We never received waters (or were even asked if we wanted beverages), our table wasn't given enough silverware, we were never checked on during the meal, and we were waiting around for 30 minutes twiddling our thumbs before somebody from our party finally went up to try to pay for the check. In hindsight, a tip was not warranted for the lack of service. Overall, Yelp grossly misled me on The Goose & Fern. This is not a spot I would stop by again to watch a sporting match. If you're in this part of Santa Rosa, do yourself a favor and head over to Dave and Busters down the street where they have a bunch of massive screens, tons of beer options, and service that will far surpass what you're getting here.
