Last year on a trip to Santa Cruz I had the pleasure of finding a hard seltzer that was AMAZING, Untitled Art. They make beer, sours, and seltzers and each one I've tried have been delicious. The most recent was no exception! It's exciting to find delicious gluten free options so I'm always excited for new options. I decided to try these ones, and they were good, but I think I prefer the chips to the spears for fried pickles. It makes for a more even ratio of breading to pickles. Good fry on these tho. Her daughter picked the place as a place she thought her mom would like. I ordered the Quesabirria Tacos with Consome that was ABSOLUTELY amazing. The meat was tender and juicy. Excellent flavor and the tortillas were perfectly crisp. Not so hard the roof of your mouth needs Band-aids but so your ears hear a crunch that is sensory pleasing. The staff and especially the Bartender were super rad! Side note is that my gram is 90 yrs old with failing health. She hasn't been able to go out of the house in weeks, but she made it to this and enjoyed all of it. So I thank you for that! And my 49yr old cousin just got out of the hospital after surviving a stroke 2 weeks ago. The Kaiser Santa Rosa ER tried to send him home! So be your own advocate! We had a lot on our hearts.
