After I placed my order, I wanted to add more so I emailed them on their website and the next day they emailed me back with the new order details. The wines were delivered within the week from ordering which was alot faster than I anticipated so major plus! They also carry Peruvian wines which I was having trouble finding anywhere. After placing the order, I did call after a couple of days, as the order was still shown as "processing", left a message, just to make sure the items I ordered were in inventory, as it is my experience that website inventories don't always match what is actually available. I received a call back within a day. The inventory was confirmed. I was told the shipment would depart by the end of week or early the following week. I received notice of shipment that Friday. The wine arrived promptly, was packed securely, and was in perfect shape. Great experience no issues with receiving the product it came perfectly packaged and undamaged

For those of you who (like me) came here after placing your order only to read frighteningly terrible reviews, don't fret... too much. Yes, my order took longer than expected. Like others have mentioned, my phone calls and emails went completely ignored. But I did coincidentally receive an email that my order was ready for pick up only a couple of hours after sending an email asking for a status. I picked my order up and, yes, even though the warehouse is in a less-than-ideal location, it does exist. It almost looks like they're squatters in an old storefront, but it's a legitimate business. That sells legitimate wine. Mine was not replaced with juice, despite what other reviews might say. I got a different vintage than the one I ordered, but to be fair, there was a disclaimer at check out that warned this might happen, so I can't complain about that, even though I was disappointed and do believe that the vintage I paid for (and did not get) is generally a few dollars more. But ce la vie. I found the wine I'd been looking for and I'm happy about that. Would I go back? YesBUT... only for a wine that I couldn't find anywhere else and that I was not in a hurry to get. Hopefully they step up their game with customer service and managing expectations. I feel like that would solve most of their complaints. read more

Be very cautiious dealing with this company, Plased order for 12 bottles of wine , waited for shippment details never came, Called Mr D and was told order was in PROCESS , Again no info called again told the same thing, one more time was told order in process, after three phone calls with no shipment scheduled We asked did they charge my credit card any was told not untill product was shipped, Next we get email they are sourcing my order from there supplier. WHY did they take my order with out being in stock. Checked with credit card co and was told company did Charge my Card. They are using my money to float there company. read more

Shipment was delayed a little bit because they had run out of the vintage I had ordered and they wrote to ask me whether I would accept a later vintage--which was considerate. But that email came from Shopify so I missed it, which caused delay. It would be better if they sent such queries from their own email address. But once I called to inquire it all got straightened out and the person who answered the phone was apologetic and hastened shipment. It arrived very quickly and in good condition. I haven't tried the new vintage yet, but I've bought several vintages of Domaine Regis Minet Pouilly-Fume Vieilles Vignes and it's always excellent. My guests can't get enough of it. It's really quite a remarkable wine and Mr.D had it at a lower price than anyone else, so I'm happy with the purchase. read more
