I wish I had checked reviews before I ordered. They have almost no inventory so if you order something they will try to find it after after they have your money. So don't believe what's listed on their website. After waiting three weeks for my wine, they told me it was due in a couple of days, then it don't come so I emailed to cancel the order. Two days later they shipped me half my order which was cheap Prosecco that they should have have had on hand. They never had what I really wanted. I am going to do you a BIG BIG favor. Please pay attention to this review. All of the one and two star reviews that are here on Yelp about this online wine retailer are absolutely accurate. 100% accurate. This business takes your money and then disappears. If you do not proactively call and email them you may never receive your wine. Here is how it works. You see the wine you want at a great price. You buy the wine and pay for it immediately and then .....crickets. I mean crickets. When you finally earn a response to your call or email a month or so later it's the same story as all the other negative reviews...it's on a shipping container...it will be here next week...etc etc etc....blah blah blah...just send me the wine I purchased and paid for immediately!!!! Note to the business: if you do not have the wine in stock then do not sell it. Another note: the 5 star reviews of this wine retailer are suspiciously very similar. They all mention quick shipping...which is total BS. If you want to purchase wine from a reputable online retailer that has great selection and fast shipping without all the run around and angst use Saratoga out of NY or Wine House out of LA. If I could give 0 stars I would. First time buying a bottle of wine for Christmas for my boyfriend. I was trying to find the same wine we had in Italy in 2019. So excited to open and drink it, my boyfriend, who knows his wine, told me immediatrly the wine had turned. I reached out to customer service and instead of offering a solution, they sent me article regarding the wine I bought and said it was a fume which could be different then what I had in Italy. After looking closer, even with the description they gave me of the wine, it was still discolored and SUPER sweet which no Sauvignon or fume are supposed to be. HEATHER was super unempathetic saying they can't do a return exchange or refund as the bottle has been opened. ...how else is someone supposed to know it's bad unless they open it? Unfortunately their customer service leaves a lot to be desired, starting with the poor communication where emails are either not answered or only after many reminders were sent. But what really tops it off is the outright rude behaviour of the woman in the shop. Rarely have I felt so brusquely brushed off by a business as was the case with her. My card was charged immediately for over $100. It is October 13th and I have not received my ONE bottle of champagne that I ordered. I've called and emailed yet no one responds. At this point I've just filed a come with the BBB to report this place as a total fraud and working with my credit card company to investigate the charge as a fraud as well. So, when I ordered my wine (which is hard to find in my area), the order stated that it might be 10 business days for shipment update. After about 5 days, I was getting concerned and came out to Yelp to see if I ordered from a legitimate organization. I saw a few comments about people not being happy about updates - my concern grew a bit more. So, I sent a text message and left a voicemail asking for an update. It took a little over a day, but they did get back to me, AND it did ship within the 10 days they originally stated. I received my wines - the ones I specifically wanted and paid for, so I am very happy with this purchase. It does require being patient, as they do source what you want - it does take about the 10 business days they stated. Will use them again, as my daughter-in-laws love the wine I received, also! read more

Really disappointed and annoyed with this place. I ordered a case of wine as a gift for friends. You can't reach anyone by phone; they say it will take 10 business days to get to your order; and now they've sent a FedEx tracking number that indicates nothing has actually been shipped. They just created a label. It shouldn't take 2 weeks to send a case of wine. Either you have the wine or you don't. I could have ordered the wine from another provider and had it there within a couple of days. Terrible service. They may be legit, but so far, I have no legitimate proof that they are going to follow through. read more

My first shipment was seamless. Accordingly, I ordered approx. $2,300 of wine on Sept. 18th. I still have not received approx. $1,300 of the wine (now Nov. 30th) and I've had no follow-up from Mr. D. Terrible customer service. Either let your customer know the wine isn't available and refund or let the customer know that the wine will be late and offer the possibility of a refund if the wait is unacceptable. read more

My wine shipped quickly and was packaged very well, arrived in perfect condition. Only hiccup was FedEx distribution center in Perrysburg, Ohio. It is about only about 8 miles from me and my package was out for delivery for 3 consecutive days before I received it :-( read more

The package came undamaged, packed properly and protected with styrofoam. The only issue is it was delivered via UPS where I had to wait around for 9 hours to be able to sign for the delivery. They should at least give a window so a whole day doesn't need to be wasted read more
