He accused me of turning the water back on or plugging the fridge back up. I told him that neither of those things were true. He said it was a plumbing issue. No further assistance offered. He returned with the part that would fix our dishwasher one week later and installed it. While he was here I asked him to also fix our jiggly handle on the dishwasher. After putting the dishwasher back together the power was not extending to the dishwasher panel, but the power was coming into the dishwasher. He blamed the units control panel being possibly defective and advised us to buy a new dishwasher! He uninstalled the new circulation pump and did not charge us for his time. I noticed that he had thrown some pieces into our kitchen garbage that I retrieved (I wasn't sure if they were important) as I was planning on having a certified Thermador technician out as I did not want to have to purchase a new dishwasher. I had read defective control panels were covered under warranty even though Radi said they were not. A week later the certified Thermador technician came out and I showed him the unit, told him the story and had the pieces out that Radi had thrown away. The Thermador technician said "he cut the wire", I was surprised as Radi never mentioned him cutting a wire. One of the pieces I had retrieved from the garbage was the wire that Radi had cut. I had thought it wasn't working because of a faulty control panel as that is what Radi said. I text Radi asking if he cut the wires and he admitted he did CUT two wires when trying to fix our dishwashers jiggly handle. He did spend sometime trying to remediate it and was unable to...again news to me. The Thermador technician said to REWIRE the whole unit and install a new circulation pump we might as well purchase a new unit. We all make mistakes, what upsets me the most is that he LIED about it and intentionally tried to cover up his mistakes. If he would have told me the truth I wouldn't have had to spend $$ to have the Thermador technician come out and wait another week without a dishwasher. This is why I would NOT recommend ERI Appliance Repair & Service.
