I recently went here for a Friday dinner date, and honestly, the vibes are amazing with a really nice bar. We had a reservation, which I'd definitely recommend because it gets busy especially on a Friday and parking is limited. Once we were seated, the server gave us a nice rundown of the menu. We started with the hand rolls, the Masu Tartare and Toro Tartare and both were delicious. I personally loved the Masu more, but you really can't go wrong with either. We also ordered calamari, which arrived a bit later. It was okay, nothing spectacular, not as crispy as I hoped but the rest of the meal more than made up for it. For sushi, I had the Spicy Atlantic Salmon and the Kani Koi. I absolutely loved the Spicy Atlantic Salmon...it was definitely a favorite but my fiancé preferred the Kanikoi, so everyone wins. We also tried the Kamasu - Barracuda, which was just as delicious. Overall, everything was perfect, and I can't wait to come back to try more hand rolls and a few other dishes.

Came by Hush after having it on our list for a while. We stopped in early Saturday afternoon and were seated right away--no wait at all. The hostess was incredibly sweet and welcoming, and we were shown to a booth quickly. The menu is very overwhelming, so it took us a bit to decide. We ended up ordering a few rolls and fried rice to share. Ordered: S & P Calamari Crunch Belly Roll Shrimpin' Turfin HUSH Rainbow Roll Spicy Tuna Roll Classic Fried Rice The calamari and Crunch Belly roll were definitely the highlights and our favorites of the meal. Everything else was decent, and service was good throughout. Overall, solid experience with some standout items. Not a place we're rushing back to, but glad we finally got the chance to try it.

Fantastic way to celebrate our anniversary w/ fresh oysters imported from Canada, delicious sushi, creative presentation & phenomenal wait service by server Tong. Thank you for a memorable meal & experience ! Ambiance is contemporary yet cozy & intimate.

Trendy spot with great service, but underwhelming food! Ambiance & Service: Beautiful, upscale interior with a modern vibe. Service was friendly and attentive! Food: - Shishito Peppers: Tasty, but lacking the promised garlic aioli flavor. - Stir Fry Udon: I enjoyed the savory flavor and chewy noodles, but a bit too oily/greasy for my taste. TL;DR: Gorgeous space and solid service, but the food didn't quite deliver.

On my search for sweet potato sushi, I came across Hush in Keller. We came in on a weekend afternoon, it was empty at first, but a few people came in after. The place is nice and spacious. I started off with miso soup, which was good, and ordered the Sweet Roots roll. The sushi was tasty, though there was more cream cheese than I would've liked and I asked for very little. The seaweed salad was also good. I was pleased to see a veggie maki section and a children's menu to accommodate kids who don't want sushi. Our waiter was helpful, which made the experience even better.

Date night at Hush! Honestly this place is HUGE and beautiful. The second I walked in I knew we were in for a treat. My husband and I started out at the bar for happy hour (Monday thru Friday, 3-6pm). It was $5 off cocktails. The bartender was friendly and I liked the manhattan I ordered. We sat at the cutest booth for our reservation and ordered 4 different kinds of sushi. The BFF was my favorite. For two of us, 4 rolls were way too many. We could have gotten away with 2 or 3. But we will have leftovers, score! The only downside is that everything adds up really quick and it makes for a more expensive date night.

This place was hard to find in the daytime. There is a bush hiding the name of it. So take a look at the outside pic before you try and get there. Very cool place on the inside. Met some friends here for a Christmas get together. Food was delish. They were accommodating and this is definitely a date night place! We will come back for sure and I'll bring my hubby.

I'm glad Keller has a good sushi restaurant. The food is fresh and delicious - well prepared. The drinks are nice and strong with quality spirits - i highly recommend the Anniversary Peach. The servers are friendly and knowledgeable, plus have great suggestions (thanks Andrew!). The restaurant is comfortable and inviting. It is located on South Main in downtown Keller.

The music selection and volume were equally well done, balanced in a way that felt welcoming to every generation. At one point, I almost felt like I had stepped into the bar scene from *The Shining*, not in a creepy sense, but in that nostalgic, timeless atmosphere kind of way. The Old Fashioned was prepared exactly right, especially with my request for lighter bitters since I do not enjoy it overly sweet. Many places miss that balance, but they nailed it here. The charcuterie board was easily one of the best I have had. The mozzarella and white cheddar were perfectly portioned, fresh, and rich. The green apple slices tasted incredibly fresh, like they had just been picked from the orchards of Apple Hill in California. The honeycomb was a first for me on a board and made the experience especially memorable. The artwork throughout the space also adds a unique character that I always appreciate in a restaurant. The prosciutto was a little tough but still had good flavor, while the Calabrese was spot on. Service was professional and attentive, with frequent check-ins throughout the evening. My only recommendation would be for servers to introduce themselves, as that small touch makes the experience feel more personal and welcoming rather than simply transactional.

I ordered the grilled salmon with the chard broccoli, coconut rice, and I added aside of the zucchini and squash. For the positives - the hostess and the bartender who took my order were both very professional and friendly. The bartender answered some questions that I had about the menu and she made some suggestions (the coconut rice being one of them). The restaurant is very clean, bright and open. Casual and welcoming ambience. The turnaround time for my food from being placed to receiving it was very quick. I was probably at the very beginning of what their dinner rush would be so that probably had something to do with it as well. Unfortunately, the quality of food I received was far less than what I had expected. I had asked for the salmon to be cooked well done and with salt and pepper only, not their seasoning blend. The temperature and texture of the salmon was good, but not only did they use their special house blend seasoning. It was so oversalted that it became an edible. I was able to scrape out a few pieces in between the chard top and bottom, but I had to throw the majority of it away. It was literally like eating a block of salt. The salmon at Luna Grill is 1000 times better cooked than what I had at this restaurant tonight. The coconut rice, while it smelled delicious, was severely undercooked - the first bite I took had raw rice pieces. Rice should not be crunchy. Had to throw that out. The zucchini and squash were OK but again on the over salted side. I was able to eat some of it but the rest also I had to throw out. The only item that I ordered - the charred broccoli - was cooked well and was seasoned properly. It's a little frustrating to spend 35 $40 on a meal only to have to throw 80% of it away because it's an edible. Extremely disappointed and will most likely not return.

Ethan was our server and we had lots of questions and he answered a lot of questions we had about the sauces and he answered them well. I had the tony's steak meatball with the Parmesan cream sauce and gnocchi and it was to DIE for. I also would like to try basil pesto or vodka sauce but the cream sauce was so insanely good with the pillowy gnocchi that I just don't think I could bear to not get it every time. I definitely would try the sausage meatballs, which my husband got and they were good. The steak meatballs were good but I really like steak-- I think it needs to be your thing. First thing we were told was that the Nonna's garlic bread was not available. Disappointing but we moved on. Ordered 2 of the Pentolino (Little Pot) meatball samplers. One with marinara one with bolognese. They weren't dry but they were all just okay. Mid at best. I also did not care for the bolognese. The Cibatta bread that came was also too charred for us. It had a strong charcoal taste that we didn't care for. They also no longer serve sliced steak. You can only get the meatballs. 4 of us ordered the Tony's steak meatball, truffle mushroom sauce with Gnocchi. We ordered it because that's what my son was raving about. I don't know what happened between visits but he took his bite first, made a face and apologized to us. Then I took a bite. First of all, the truffle flavor was waaaaay too much and tasted artificial (like commercially prepared truffle oil). But the biggest disappointment was the Gnocchi. I would bet a kidney that there was absolutely zero potato in that dense chewy "dumpling " whatsoever. It was hands down the worst Gnocchi I have ever eaten. It tasted and looked like folded over pappardelle with the consistency of super dense pasta. It was so bad my daughter in law asked for something different and I just didn't eat mine. Eventually she got the chicken parm meatball with spaghetti. We all tried a bite. Again, it was okay but I've tasted better at chain restaurants. And I'm Italian so that's saying something. I don't know if we got them on an off day or what but after spending over $200 for 4 people for lunch, none of us will be returning.
