I called Eco Green Carpet Cleaning after my kids destroyed a bag of marshmallows all over the place. I found their Amazon Local deal and decided to give them a shot, I have had bad experiences with carpet cleaners in the past so I was a little weary, but alas it had to be done. They were able to come out early the very next morning to get started. The guy who came to my house was very polite. I did have to pay a little extra for deep cleaning and disinfectant, which I opted for. He didn't try to push it on me and had I said no he wouldn't have come up with a rebuttal. Like I said, very polite. He said it would take an hour to an hour and a half and finished right at an hour. My carpets look better than they ever have. This place is a keeper! read more

We moved from our old place and he was able to clean it without electricity whereas no other company we called would! This is our 4th time using his company and will definitely continue using them. I used Eco-Green twice over the last two years. Once when I moved out of my apartment in Roswell, and again for my recent move out of my apartment in Vinings. Both times, I received nothing but the best service possible. They helped me secure the vast majority of my deposit, and I have a dog and a cat. Getting back the majority of your money when you have pets is usually unheard of, but with Eco-Green's help, I was able to do so. I can't recommend Eco-Green enough. Avoid Eco Green at all costs. I am not remotely exaggerating when I say this is the absolute worst experience I have ever had with a business. I bought their deal off Groupon to have three rooms worth of carpet cleaned. They scheduled my appointment for today for some time between 3pm and 6 pm. I was sure to move all my furniture from the carpeted rooms this morning and vacuumed so they would be able to do their job. I sat around waiting and around 4:30pm the cleaner called me to let me know he would be arriving closer to 6pm, which was fine since my appointment time had been scheduled for any time between 3pm and 6pm. I understand with these kinds of services, previous appointments can run over, so some wait time can be involved on the part of the customer. At 5:50 I receive a call from the cleaner, assuming to let me know he is downstairs. I say hello and he simply says "Hey." I was a bit taken aback at the unprofessionalism and asked "Who am I speaking with?" He said he was the carpet cleaner and he would be arriving around 7pm. Frankly, that was unacceptable to me. I understand previous appointments going over, but for him to be an hour late, and to wait to let me know at the end of my scheduled appointment, was as I said unacceptable and upsetting. I calmly told him that unfortunately that would not work for me and we would have to reschedule the appointment because I had already waited 3 hours and to wait another hour past my appointment was not something I was willing to do. He apparently didn't like that response because he literally began to yell and curse at me that he had other appointments, was driving around town all day and I was ungrateful. I stopped him and told him the language and tone he was using was unprofessional and unacceptable when speaking to a paying customer. He became even angrier and yelled at me for the way I was speaking to him. I will admit my tone had gotten more forceful, but at no point was my voice raised nor was any profane language used on my part. He then had the audacity to ask me if I still wanted him to come out, after the verbal assault he had just unleashed on me. I of course said absolutely not. I cannot begin to fathom how any reputable business could employ or send out a person who behaves in this manner, let alone with customers. It may have just been bad luck on my part to have this man assigned to my appointment, but I strongly would caution anyone against using this company. read more

I got a deal from them on Groupon and was not very pleased. My boyfriend was told that it would take 6-8 hours for the carpets to dry and it took 3 DAYS!! We had to walk on wet carpet any time we wanted to get something to eat or drink and had to leave the living room furniture in our dining/kitchen areas. The house smelled all mildewy and we had to finally open all windows (but had to keep the AC running constantly because of it) and had 2 big fans blowing in the rooms where they did the deep cleaning to get it dried. I'm not too sure if it was a a matter of all the water not being sucked out of the carpet or what. But regardless of the reason, I would definitely not use them again. FYI....There was no visual damage to the carpet but in addition to the windows and fan, we did need an entire bottle of Febreeze to get the smell out! read more

I purchased a voucher on amazon local for basic cleaning. I was able to get an appointment to fit my schedule. I have a one bedroom apartment, so moving furniture was not an issue. I was called to let me know the cleaner would be arriving around 3:30, which was outside my window. I was ok with that. The cleaning was done to my satisfaction. The only part that cannot be avoided is the wait time for the carpet to dry. Overall, the service was great. Thank you. read more

Please avoid this company. I had a horrible and frankly scary experience using them. Not only initially did they get my appointment day wrong, but when they came out, they asked for extra money. I had bought a living social deal for a sofa cleaning and they said my "L" shaped sofa counted as a sectional so they wanted more money. This was fine, but there was no mention of it in the deal. When I asked them to leave and told them I didn't want it- the guy started arguing and yelling at me and would't leave my house. Extremely unprofessional business. I would never recommend them to anyone and would caution you inviting them into your home. read more

This is my second time to use Eco Green Carpet Cleaning. I am very pleased with their service. They treat the carpet in a very professional matter and were able to get most stains off. In addition they work fast. In about an hour they finished a 5 rooms and a hallway divided over 3 levels. Also they treat returned customers very well. They gave me same price I payed on Amazon Local even without purchasing the coupon the second time. The man who did the job is very courteous and professional. The only star missing goes for the delay in showing, which I understand due to traffic and previous jobs done. I will definitely use them again. read more

I was so impressed with their service, I asked him to return to "stretch" my carpet as well. as a matter of fact, I even brought him over to my parent's house and paid him to clean those carpets too! the price is very reasonable and he uses a much more powerful truck mounted vacuum. read more

PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! This is the most UNPROFESSIONAL company I have ever came across. I purchased a Groupon for carpet cleaning that according to the fine print was within the 30 mile radius of the zip code. During the time I purchased the Groupon and decided to use it they changed their policy to no longer service the area. Mind you the Groupon was purchased far in advance of the change. Spoke the manager George he said they don't service past the airport any longer I don't live past the airport as I explained, he called off other random areas of which I do not live, the fine print clearly states valid within 30 miles of their zip code which I live within that with mileage to spare. He said to make an "acceptation" to service me because I don't live past the airport and to fix this, what I can do is call Groupon get a refund of the $59 I paid and they will in turn charge me $150+ to service me, that he and his company is in the business of making money. REALLY!!! You want me to pay almost triple because your policy changed. That is your solution to charge me more??? I told him he has lost his mind. SO unprofessional it is not MY FAULT the policy changed and as a company they should have honored it especially since it was paid for well in advance of this policy change. As others have stated steer clear away from these rats! They are NO GOOD! I am calling Groupon get my money back and will find a reputable company to do my carpet cleaning. That is ridiculous!!!! If I could give them zero stars I would and they are awful and didn't even service me this just based on customer service alone. So if the customer service is horrible I can only imagine that the service would be just as terrible. I consider it a blessing in disguised....Jerks! read more
