It saved me from replacing the time, which was in good condition. I am having them come back to do another bathroom, a foyer and eventually my kitchen counter tiles. I am looking forward to it. Approximately a year ago I had used A Plus - I was in the hospital for emergency life saving surgery - and due to my health - I was not allowed to leave the hospital and had to leave my dogs alone for almost 24hrs - please understand - my leaving my dogs was NOT due to neglect - I was a day - 2 days at the most from dying - my situation was CRITICAL and the Drs stated if I left the hospital there was a very STRONG possibility that I could die driving home to get my dogs - my fear of dying was overwhelming to say the least and the thought of possibly dying driving home to get my dogs and possibly injuring/killing anyone in a car accident was not something I could risk... Unfortunately, one of my friends was not able to get to my dogs until the following day and she was aware of how dire my situation was - Needless to say, I knew that my carpeting was going to be hit with the dogs 'accidents'... About a week after my surgery I started to call around for a carpet cleaning company that would be willing to do the work without gauging me in the pocketbook... I found Alex at APlus - He was extremely kind and compassionate to my situation - He was willing to work with me in every aspect - I had never forgotten... And when I FINALLY came home - my carpets looked incredible and there was ABSOLUTELY NO 'ODOR' lingering... It was a HUGE relief to me! I reached out to Alex again, literally today, regarding a cleaning... He remembered me from the initial job and from previous conversations... How many companies will 'remember' you? Now I will not go into what we've discussed and agreed to... But, I will say this... For a company in today's era that is willing to GO ABOVE and BEYOND and TRULY helps a person and put's the customers needs before their own profits - Speaks VOLUMES... I'm old school and you are only as good as your word, a handshake means something... I can only go by the work he had done for me previously and I was very happy with results... But, the absolute generosity in helping a person in my situation, (I'm sorry I do not wish to elaborate), gives me renewed faith that there are still Companies like APlus who truly care about their Clientele... I may not be able to use his services as much as I would llike, but, he has a customer for life... Unless of course I win the lottery - Sorry Alex - if that happens I'm moving to Bora Bora! He was able to accommodate my short-notice request and crazy work schedule, and communicated well and clearly throughout the scheduling process. He showed up on time and finished when he projected he would. I was favorably impressed with his professionalism as well as the very reasonable pricing for his services! I waited five days after work was done to write this so any temporary effect would pass...you know how sometimes carpets look great right after while drying, then a few days later when dry, stains reappear and you see the work was shoddy - surely NOT the case with this work!) He also cleaned a sofa and dining chair cushions for me which look brand new afterwards. I went from thinking about replacing the carpets in the just-acquired home, to being able to spend those dollars on other projects, thanks to the outstanding workmanship of the cleaning job! I felt like I had done my homework (research) to select one of the best, if not the best, carpet & rug cleaners in Metro Atlanta. And yes, my selection turned out to be fantastic! From the initial phone call I made to the company, Caryn was quite impressive with her knowledge about the carpet cleaning industry. Her upbeat personality and passion about the business, helped me make my decision to utilize their services. ARRIVAL - The technicians arrived on time (actually, they called me beforehand and asked if they could come earlier than the scheduled timeframe (great for me, because usually this call from various other companies is the opposite --technicians stating they would be later than scheduled). REPRESENTATION - Now, here is where companies set themselves apart from others. People coming to your home to provide a service speaks volume about the company they represent. In this case, I was blessed to have technicians Floyd and Steven. Both of these men were exceptionally nice, talented and knowledgeable about carpet and rug cleaning. We did a complete walk-thru and they determine the best strategy to move forward to complete the job. SERVICE- At one point, I went to check on them and discovered Steven was down on his knees cleaning my baseboards! Wow!!! No other carpet cleaning company I've used in the past has ever cleaned my baseboards. When I asked Steven about it, he gently stated, 'this is just part of our service!' I was truly amazed at how both of these guys worked and the dedication they demonstrated. Later on, Floyd was on his knees cleaning some areas as well even though their equipment was top-notch, these guys didn't mind doing whatever it takes to ensure my areas were clean. The pet areas they cleaned were superb as well. PRICE - I guess the old expression is true, you get what you pay for! If you want a $99 carpet cleaning job, that is exactly what you will get and I can assure you, you will not be satisfied (been there, done that, got the T-shirt...lol)! The quote explained to me before the job began was fair. I was even more satisfied with the price after the job was completed because of the quality I received. My carpeted areas are new again! THANK YOU - I can't express enough how grateful I am for the service I received. In today's competitive and challenging environment, it feels good to know I selected a company based on their quality of service opposed to the price quoted. Our MBA tub was chipping and peeling badly, and had unsightly rust around the tub drain due to the previous homeowner not properly resurfacing, curing or cleaning the tub properly with gentle cleaning supplies, but after Stuart's masterful work the same tub is now sparkling white and smooth. He arrived at 9 a.m. and was done by 3:30 p.m. Other companies say they can do it faster, but my husband and I were a lot more confident with Stuart's experience, thoroughness and attention to every detail, including his excellent ventilation system that keeps the chemical odor from lingering longer than necessary. My husband contacted Ken to clean a mattress, Livingroom, Diningroom, bedroom, and hall. Ken did an excellent job. We have had so many complaints about the bigger companies that come in and act as though they are running the vacuum. I don't know what products Ken use, but he has my home smelling absolutely awesome. Not only did he have my carpets looking brand new, but he took the time to get out stains that my daughter had in her carpet. I don't normally write reviews but this service was exceptional and the least I could do is write him a review. We just put our house on the market so we had all of our carpets cleaned before taking photos and showing the house. I had Dirt Blasters clean all of our carpets and because the prices were so reasonable I had him clean our area rugs and our upholstered furniture as well. He was a very personable man and I was happy to have him working in my home. He worked hard and didn't waste any time. The house looked amazing when he was finished. I am not a "green" fanatic but am so pleased to see that the product works as well or even better than any chemical products. When my 2 year old spilled nail polish on our dark carpet, I thought "That's it, carpet is ruined". On a long shot I decided to call Ken at Dirt Blasters because of the exceptional job he did on our SUV a few weeks prior. He said he could definitely give it a shot. Guess what... HE GOT IT OUT! Ken ( from Dirt busters) was on time and did an awesome job on upholstery cleaning. My off-white couch looks brighter and cleaner than it has done in years. He did a thorough job did all the sides including vacuuming the bottom part of the couch. He even helped freshen up the carpet with some tea tree oil and it now smells fabulous. His prices are reasonable and cleaning thorough. Ken was polite,courteous and provided honest recommendations on other upholstery cleaning times I had as well. Ken is a super friendly professional who knows this business inside and out. He did a fabulous job of cleaning a very grungy carpet - I honestly had no hope that it would come clean...the pale cream carpet had what looked like ground-in grease stains from a prior tenant. His equipment was powerful and fast, and when I saw the finished product, I was shocked! Even the foot traffic patterns on the carpet vanished and the tufting was revitalized. My carpet also has a dirty water odor and doesn't smell as if he used any type of carpet deodorizer. I still see stains in my carpet that should've been removed with a simple carpet cleaning because it's not the kind of stains that dyes/Penatrate the carpet. Last but not least I have tried to call him several times and left text messages about my concerns...... have he responded back or called back absolutely NOT! I feel like I was ripped off and he didn't clean my carpet with anything but cold water. Beware he talks a good game but is full of sh@t when it comes to doing his job!

I have had this carpet placed in almost every classroom and office space as an educator. It was filthy, especially around the fringes. Although I would vacuum it and sweep it, the wear and tear of the years inside a classroom took its toll. Last year after we had to leave for the massive stay at home orders, I cleaned my room and took things to a storage because I knew I would move to another school in the fall. I rolled up the rug and threw it into a storage facility. Well, I did not think to wrap it in plastic because I never had before and the rug was fine for another school year, but this particular time, moths had found their way to my rug and had a field day.
