Beware, this place is going downhill fast. One of the worst service experiences I have ever had in…read moremy life- go to a real place like ESK Golf Carts which is nearby. Sent them my golf cart to fix the wiring, and passed by the shop after they told me the wiring was done. To my surprise, the work was not completed/tested when I arrived (look at the images, loose trim pieces and disconnected battieries- im sure they will come up with some excuse as to why they did that). They refused to test the cart with their own test batteries to make sure the wiring was correct, and went back the following week to deliver a new one for THEM. However, when I came back the second time they seemed to be more focused on running up a $300 repair into almost $2,500- starting with about $450 in labor I did not approve or see perfomed, selling me of their own batteries for over $1,000, and another $800 for a controller which they said was "could" be damaged but refused to confirm if it was. By the way, I supplied a secondary controller, but didn't bother testing the controller I provided (I wonder why). Seems like the typical mechanic shop scam, they quote you one thing and then try to run up a huge tab while unable to prove the work was succesfully completed. Stay away!

Our car was never picked up. We were repeatedly told someone would be picking the car up; day after day....Never happened. Flew to our destination and were assured that they would get the keys and car via a neighbor; never came for the car. Had to book a return flight, cancel multiple hotel reservations. Our entire trip had to be cancelled! Terrible communication!! Do not use this company!!! They blamed it on having a problem to secure transport because of increased fuel costs. We told them no problem. We will pay the increased cost. Didn't make a difference. When we booked they pushed us to make the deposit via Zelle rather than credit card. Thank goodness we didn't do that. They were supposed to refund our deposit when we communicated with them on 4/1. They never did. We had to dispute the charge with our credit card company. Had we used Zelle, who knows if/when we would get our deposit back! Thought we were doing the right thing using a local company.... Very disappointing.
