So grateful for Isias and his team to help us remove our kitchen soffit. We were DIYing our kitchen renovation and needed extra help to take down the soffit. Isias and his team quickly completed the job in about 3 working days. They were respectful of our house and cleaned up their area at the end of each day. We had several last minute changes that we missed planning like outlet relocations. Isias gave us reasonable quotes for the added work and quickly finished it without delaying the intial estimated completion date. The price for the soffit removal was also reasonable compared to the others that we contacted for quotes. I would rate the work quality 4.5/5. I think the new drywall texture could have matched with the existing drywall better, but overall no major complaints. Communication with Isias was great. I have a home build 1986, located in Irvine CA with water damage from a leaking roof due to a tree damaging the rain drainage causing significant damage to my roof and living room . I also did a major remodel beside the roof leak water damage to dry wall in living room , the kitchen remodel included cabinet/countertop , 2 bathroom remodel including ,shower ,vanities ,floor , paint inside and outside , rotten fascia on the frame of the roof . i will highly recommend them . the quality of their job are excellent , the finish are excellent . I will use them again for future work . don't look for further . I did interview multiple contractors . Mr Gomez team are easy to work with . they can pretty much do every thing . my cabinet delivered the incorrect size for my pantry and I could not find the correct size from multiple cabinet manufactures( my house is old , so they don't manufacture those size of pantry) . Mr Gomez team was able to solve the issue by resizing the niche . forgot to mention the paint job was also excellent . Isaias did an amazing job in patching and finishing the dry wall holes in my ceiling after we had some work done. He made it look like no work had ever been done, which is what a good drywall patch and paint finish should be. He took special consideration to our home environment in that he put down plenty of protective coverings, since dry wall repair and painting can get messy. He was also responsive and adaptable to our needs, when halfway through the project I asked him if he could paint finish and he said no problem. BTW, I had the dumb idea that I could paint finish.
