I went back multiple times and was told it looked great every single time and just needed more time. My friend often has really bad reactions to piercing jewelry and has had no issue with the jewelry at 713. They're pricing is very good too. I'd highly recommend. Also note, the girl who checked us in let us know that the best time to get piercings with shorter wait times is around noon. But either way, I'd recommend coming here even if you have to wait because it's just a pleasant experience.

If I didn't send a message first, I wouldn't hear anything. Every response required me to follow up, sometimes multiple times. My appointment was rescheduled over and over, and then canceled the day before after I had already rearranged my schedule around it. This became a pattern of poor communication and last-minute changes. Meanwhile, I was never sent my tattoo design or kept updated throughout the process. Clients shouldn't have to beg for basic communication or wonder if their appointment is actually happening. There may be talented artists out there, but professionalism and reliability matter just as much. Unfortunately, this experience had neither. After wasting weeks trying to make it work, I requested my deposit back and took my business elsewhere.
