    Burrito & fries.

Had the famous bean cheese and rice burrito and French fries. Quick service & very tasty. Worth the stop from San Diego back home (Marana, AZ).

Order and pay at counter, self seating and self serve fountain drinks. Murals on walls. Reasonable prices. Friendly staff. Ordered 2 cheese enchiladas. With sour cream and black olives. They're very flavorful. Chips are home made and flavorful. Will return

Best burritos in town! I've been coming here since I was a kid and it still is the best burrito place ever. The tortillas are made fresh, they have the perfect ratio of beans and cheese, and the red salsa has the best flavor! Whenever I'm in town I try to get my fill of this place. I've personally always had a great experience with the staff.

A good break when driving to Phoenix. This place is bright and very clean. The food is good and it's a much needed break from a long drive. The Jamaica was good and not too sweet. Had the small taco salad with carne asada and the meat had a lot of flavor. Enchilada plate had 3 enchiladas and the sauce was good. We also had the beef taco and tamale. The beef had good flavor and the tamale masa was good and not dry. Beans and rice delicious. The service was good. Definitely will stop here when we drive to AZ.

Had a Machaca Bean Burrito and a Flan for dessert. Both was delish. The Flan was creamy and had the right amount of sweetness (it wasn't too sweet and had that distinct caramel taste). Service was friendly. It's not exactly a cozy place to sit and eat, but clean and modern. My coworker had a Carne Asada taco and the dulce the leche empanadas and enjoyed both. I'm on Yuma for work regularly and will be back.

Every time I go to this establishment I am happy. Not only Is the restaurant set up very well. But the food is reasonably priced and tastes amazing. Their menu definitely confuses me as it's scattered. So I usually just ask the person at the register to surprise me. Never ends up bad. Always, without a doubt I will order 4 bean and cheese burritos to go. Because if you know, you would know that Mr Gs has the BEST bean and cheese burritos. Tonight I tried their Elotes. It was hubbys first time having one. He was happy too.

I was in Yuma to get some dental work done at Los Algadones 'cause our dental care in the United States sucks and a rip off. My dentist in the U.S. quoted me over $8,000 for an implant and a crown while Mexico was only $1,300. So I drove down here to get it done. I stumbled upon Mr. G's, so I decided to check it out. First time here, and I liked what I ordered. I had one of their mango margaritas with candy and gummies, and a nice burrito. Vibe was on point, and the staff was friendly.

Stopped by this Mexican restaurant on our way to San Diego. This is a must try if you're in Yuma. Freshly made burritos and salsa were so yummy. You walk up and order and seat yourself. Loved the authentic flavors and large option of dishes.

Ask the Community - Mr G's

Hello! Does anyone know if the beans and tortilla are vegetarian? Lard is commonly used for both of these.

I'm almost positive they use lard. I've seen them carry a large white brick to the kitchen that doesn't look like butter. However, I can't say I'm 100% sure.

Perhaps the best kept culinary secret for those seeking breakfast or lunch La Cocina should be on every Yumans radar! There is a refinement to La Cocina and yet it's a relaxed environment with lovely contemporary Hispanic instrumental music. An outdoor patio offers Second floor views of what keeps Agriculture epic. Today newly planted fields were being watered with sprinklers and others beyond were fresh with new green! Look to the west and the view is of a proud Arizona community with lush tree tops rising above. Care has been taken in the decor of this comfortable establishment quite suitable for a casual ladies brunch or a business lunch. Chips and salsa are served in an elevated manner from what we have come to expect. Place settings are clean and glassware l The menu offers lighter versions of Rellenos, tacos and tortilla and lettuce wraps even Burgers! Slices of cake are ample, cheesecake and tiramisu are also available! Tuna tacos were the special but as I am a big fan of Rellenos the Au Gratin Tuna Chili Rellenos appealed to me. Never in a million years would I have combined my mothers tuna salad recipe minus pickles with Ortega style green chilies. A salad of lettuce and two thick slices of tomatoes were dressed with a delicate oil and vinegar combo. I might not order this dish again but it was light and yummy. The Sowthwestern Chicken Salad with a double baked potato sounded yummy too! Starbucks beverages are featured and the prices for coffee beverages are excellent! Yep it's back by popular demand but it's now called egg in a nest. What the heck? Anyway every one ordered something different and we ate to our hearts content and had no complaints whatsoever about the food, the ambiance or the cleanliness. Chicken fried chicken dinner evaporated from his plate. The burger and onion petals seemed to have delighted the nephew. One of the ladies in our party seemed happy with her chicken strips, which were more than abundant! Another ordered a diet plate of some sort with cottage cheese and sliced tomatoes and was especially happy. A new item on the menu appealed to another. Louisiana shrimp skillet. Was flavorful, and those who tasted the nice portion of shrimp agreed that it was surprisingly delicious. The side, dishes of okra, and greens are always favorites. All of us commented on the new menu. Although we missed the old format, this one is easier to hold, and the print is bold enough that you're not needing to use your flashlight if you're older like we are. We are thankful that the menu has the old favorites, something new and that Cracker Barrel values its customers. It's such a nice thing to be able to travel and dine at any location and feel like your unfamiliar surroundings. But I wonder why is that there are so many locals who freely admit that they have never yet dined here? One maintenance issue... the latch on the ladies handicap stall door is STILL needing to be fixed! One issue with our visit. Not once were we offered refills on beverages.
