I came to Mr. hand wash to get my car cleaned inside and outside. It cost about $55- $65. The workers here were nice and accommodating. They were able to listen to me and get things done. There were two men working on my car and since it was my grandfathers old vehicle it had some deep cleaning that really needed to be done. After a long period of time waiting the car still needed work. I had to end up buying my own things to clean the doors and seats and dash. I'm unsure what they use to clean the cars however it could have been cleaner. Over all I think they did do a good job however some places inside were missed and untouched. By far one of the worst car washes in history!!!!! Imagine requesting the VIP car wash and your entire back window comes apart??!! There is absolutely no excuse for this. Instead of the employees being empathetic about THEIR mishandling of my vehicle, they all scattered without explanation. I went searching for a manager and his customer service was a NEGATIVE 5!!! It was that bad. They treated me as if I did the damage to my vehicle myself. Anyway, I had to demand answers from the "manager" and he said they will get it fixed. Next thing, this man takes my vehicle without warning and drives off leaving me and my husband to figure out where he stormed off to. We asked a worked and he pointed where we needed to go. We walked to the auto shop next door and had to wait over a half hour for them to fix my back window. While waiting, I go in my car and the car wasn't clean. My husband had to ask the "manager" what's going on?! He said we can take the car back to the exit of the wash to get the inside cleaned up. Now that the car window is finally back on, I proceeded to exactly where I was supposed to go. Upon arrival, apparently, it wasn't the right place to go. The "manager" had me cause traffic trying to place me somewhere with his arm signals. So I now pull up and the same workers start to "clean" my car. This entire ordeal was draining and inconvenient at every level! I mentioned my frustrations to the "manager", and asked what will you guys do to for the inconvenience?! He laughed, mentioned he got my window fixed and that was enough. I said oh no no no, where is the owner of this establishment? Long and behold, after searching, FRANK (no last name) arrives. There aren't many brush-less Hand Car Wash locations locally. Just the Mom and Pops that don't care about leaving a few scratches and grime left on your vehicle. Mr. Hand Wash raises the bar meticulously. For starters the gentleman that work here are kind and work quickly. The menu offers a plethora of detailing services. They also have a machine to wash your floor mats. Not every location is equipped with that feature. I will admit that they are NOT CHEAP at over $13 for standard full service. I will say that you definitely do get what you pay for. I for one do not wash my car regularly, so when I do go it's for monthly upkeep. I love this convenient location and how big this shared gas station location is. I hear they run a special on Tuesdays but unfortunately I don't have the kind of time that allows for me to make it there. read more

**THIS IS ABOUT THEIR INTERIOR DETAILING** Terrible rude and overpriced. DETAIL PRICING?? I couldn't get a straight price for detailing, everything was, "it depends". I look inside, they missed half of the spots I told them to clean. This is why I wanted to be adamant with the manager before I left. I showed them the spots and they cleaned them. They were not cleaning it well enough. I went home, after a few hours, some of the stains came back. I went back the next morning and they cleaned it again. It's been two weeks, some of the stains have come back, so I'm just frustrated. If you comment on anything they do, they will automatically say, "we know how to clean it." There is only one person I'd let touch my car but he was busy yesterday. So someone else did it. And what a horrible job. He tried to tell me it was done and clean but it wasn't.
