For me it would be awesome if the bread was fresh or soft, for me, only my thought, that would be awesome! Some people love the crispy bread but I love softer :) Anyway, my husband in love with it. They have about 8 or 9 sandwich options all made to order on a crispy focaccia bread. They also offer my favorite, San Pellegrino Italian sodas and homemade chocolate chip sea salt cookies. They slice the meat for you right there and it was all super fresh. I got the #2 which had salami, prosciutto, and capicola with burrata and pickled hot peppers. The sandwich was good and tasted really fresh. I really enjoyed the burrata. I also did not miss the fact that there was no sauce or spread on it. I'm not a huge fan of crispy or hard bread, so I think I would have loved it even more if there was a soft bread option. I definitely look forward to returning though, maybe they do have another bread option available, I didn't ask. You can also customize the sandwich, so I would have added some arugula. The cookie was incredible!

You can also find grains, cases with dessert, and beer inside. The deli is extremely tidy. Various dining options exist - inside at a table (one table available) or outside/patio (two tables available). Service here is always top notch, genuinely nice people, and very quick service. Prices are comparable to prices at any other metropolitan spot. I'm obsessed with their Papa sub. It has prosciutto de Parma, Brie, wild arugula, local honey, and toasted pistachio. It tastes like eating a tasty charcuterie, so fresh and delish. Another favorite is rice pudding. It's so gooey and tasty. Every sub I tried here tastes extremely fresh and has quality ingredients. The bread, the meat, and the ingredients. Consistently delicious. It's a quality you'd expect at a restaurant, not a deli. Parking can be found on the other side of Lee Rd (municipal lot) or street parking in the area. If you'll enjoy this experience, the owner also owns Zina and Chicken Ranch in the next city over.

After a brief glance at the menu (and picking up a gummy worm flavored diet mountain dew from their vending machine...), I ordered their Grum Sandwich (7" for $8) without peppers and swapped out the oil for stadium mustard as well as an order of their plain "grumizza" to indulge in for dinner. It was only $2.75!!! How can I resist that?? I am not exaggerating when I say that I would die for this sandwich and I don't know if it was my obsessive ADHD brain talking or not, but it was one of the best sandwiches I have ever had. There was sooooo much meat on there, the spice mix was amazing, and the bread.... woweeee wow, so soft and fluffy and oh my god delicious. AND IT WAS ONLY 8 DOLLARS. The grumizza made for a great dinner as well. Using the same bread as the sandwiches, they loaded it up with sauce, ooey gooey cheese, and that spice mix I love so much. I hit my carb quota for a week in just one day but my god, was it worth it! I should also mention the place was packed and the diligent staff worked very hard to keep up with all the orders and they did a great job! My only suggestion is adding the ability to provide customers with a glass of water. I DEFINITELY will be back!!!

For a discounted price of about $9, I came home with 4 delicious baked goods and a mini baguette about an hour before they closed for the day. Note: $9 is way less than what you will normally pay for these 5 items. They average around $4 each. I got a savory scone, a massive cookie, a mini baguette, an apple muffin, and a huge cinnamon roll. I ate the cinnamon roll nearly right away once I got home. The cinnamon roll with cream cheese ($6) was SOOOOO moist and decadent! I warmed it up for a few seconds and then enjoyed one of the best cinnamon roll I have ever had. The vanilla and cinnamon were very prominent. Definitely a calorie bomb though. I shared the other sweet treats with my sister the next day and we agreed that the next best item was the muffin. I should also mention that the staff member that helped me that afternoon was very nice and most likely the owner. He was very helpful in explaining what each item I got in my box was and also in helping me decide on a gift for a friend I was about to see soon. I bought my friend a box of locally made teas for about $14 and she loved them! I definitely hope to come back here soon (once I have worked off the pounds from this most recent visit haha)!

This is a destination for Cleveland Brewery passport. I visited Boss Dog many times over the years and most recently for Cleveland Heights Neighborhood Crawl. AMBIANCE: Minimalistic and laidback brewery perfect for groups with large tables. There are options to sit inside in dim surroundings or enjoy twinkling lights on the patio. The brewery is rarely crowded so it's a perfect destination to watch sports in peace or just socialize with friends in calm surroundings. FOOD/DRINKS: Their kitchen closes fairly early. To be honest, I've never had any food here that I loved. Beers are always bold and have fun names. During the bar crawl I had Rocktoberfest beer. It's bold and very autumnal. SERVICE: Their kitchen closes service is friendly. You usually get pretty dedicated. PARKING: There are three municipal parking lots in the area that can be used free of charge. There is also valet option. Additionally limited street parking is available. Peak hours are weekends, plan for extra time. If you're looking for a laidback opportunity to hang out with friends, visit. There are plenty of restaurants and bars on this street in case you want to be out all evening.

Sande (who is hearing impaired) was having a hard time hearing what I was saying because the music was really loud. It was Jimi Hendrix so at least they had good taste but when I had to repeat my order several times, the employees should have taken a cue that the music was too loud. None of the sandwiches or entrees on the board had prices which I found to be odd... We ordered soup, lasagna slice and stromboli (all of which were pre-made/packaged). They asked twice if we wanted the items heated and we said no twice in return. 15 minutes later, we were still awaiting our order even though were were only 4 patrons in the store the entire time we were there. What was taking so long to put 3, pre-made packaged items in containers and into a bag? Finally I went up to the counter and asked what was taking so long and they said they were still getting things ready (which was a bad sign). Sure enough, when we got the food, they had heated the lasagna and stromboli which was useless because by the time we got back home, it had to be reheated. The stromboli was pretty good. 3.5 stars out of 5 but the lasagna was awful. Not cheesy, almost no sauce and just dry and uninteresting, 1 star. The split pea soup was incredibly salty, 2.5 stars. Overall i'd give them 1 star and we won't be returning.
