So glad I found this place! Very warm and cute inside, great coffee, service was friendly. I arrived pretty soon after opening and there was quickly a line, as I ate it got longer and longer. This was on a Saturday morning. But they get everyone through quickly and efficiently. My smallest one loved her ham and cheese croissant, it was so flaky and buttery- I don't even like ham and I enjoyed my stolen bites. My spinach feta quiche was very tasty but a little on the salty side. Loved the pumpkin scone- if you're like Larry David, this is a true scone, not to be confused with a muffin. Thick in the middle, crunchy corners, mild pumpkin spice flavors. The sourdough loaf we brought home was perfect. Love that you can walk to the library from here. Bonus. We will be back!

I love Stone Oven Bakery! It's always such a treat when I get to stop in and grab a few pastries. On this visit I got a glazed butter croissant and some type of cinnamon sugar bun I believe. Both were delicious and devoured in the car before I got to my destination. They are always well staffed so service is quick. Atmosphere is usually busy and lively, but a great place for a coffee/pastry meeting or to grab a breakfast.

I love the stone oven! The food is so good and fresh. I just recently started working in the area, and it was suggested that I go and try it out. I have probably eaten most things on the menu by now, but the curry chicken sandwich is my favorite. They have many pastries, sandwiches, salads, and soups; you name it, the place is excellent, with fresh bread and a small breakfast menu, but still very delicious. The service is always great, the people are always smiling and ready to help with a smile, and they are always suggesting new things, definitely a must try if you're new to the area

WORTH EVERY CARB CALORIE. Seriously. Just eat the bread. Your taste buds will be very happy. Everything is good PLUSSSS the gluten free desserts... pretty darn good for no glutes.

They were out of the Challah bread so 4 stars lol I got their egg sandwich with provolone, red peppers, and ham to go. The grilled bread was amazing, hardly any peppers I was a bit disappointed. Very open space with high and low top chairs. A few booths. They have stairs down to the patio out back, very cute. Staff was nice, I would go back to try their lunch sandwiches.

We stopped in for lunch and it exceeded our expectations! We ordered a ham sandwich on focaccia bread with potato, broccoli and cheddar soup, and the Claudio sandwich with white bread. It was all spectacular! The story of how the shop started was also sweet to read inside the restaurant. We will definitely stop here again next time we are in the area.

I am visiting family and friends in Cleveland. Had free time so grabbing lunch before seeing a movie. I was looking for a place to grab a salad. Walking into Stone Oven Bakery there was a short line, as I arrived during the lunch rush. The line quickly moved and cafe worker took my order. There are a lot of bakery, sandwich and salad options. I settled on the Chicken Romaine Salad. I also ordered an Iced Coffee. The coffee was ready right away while I waited a couple of minutes for my salad. The salad included a slice of fresh bread, which was delicious. Chicken, cucumbers, red peppers and croutons were stacked on the salad. It came wear balsamic vinaigrette. Everything worked well together and I enjoyed the salad. This is definitely a good stop if you are in the Cedar Lee area. I don't often come to this area but it is a nice spot.

This place has great pastries, the Russian tea biscuits are a super secret yummy thing to try but you need to come early to get some! They have solid coffee, tea and drinks hot and cold to complete their goodies. They also make hot breakfast sandwiches which look great. There is seating that is hightop or eight tables. And there's ample parking outside, which is close to the entrance.

This is a lovely quaint bakery. They make good sandwiches. If you are near by and need a snack or lunch, then yes pop in. I would not make a special trip. The bread was very soft and good. The meat and cheese are quality the side cold salad was good. Service: order at counter, not the most friendly. And you pick up your food and then bus your own table.

I stopped in today for a cup of morning coffee but walked away with my hands full. I got iced coffee which came in a smaller than I wanted cup. I also got mushroom latte which was perfectly spiced with cinnamon, and very smooth. I selected almond milk and feel like it paired well with the ingredients. Also I had to have some baked goodies after looking at the bakery case. I ordered croissant which honestly I found to be not fresh but still good. Apricot tea cake in the perfect world deserves its own paragraph. It was delicious, generously filled, and everything a tea cake should be. It's a must have! Service here is phenomenal! I mean top notch, attentive, and very genuine. There was only one employee serving the line but she did it with such a level of positivity that it made my morning. She asked if baked goodies needed to be warmed, asked about drink carriers, milk preferences, everything. She was consistently friendly with all customers. I really applaud this cafe on having such warm and friendly service. I wish more workers were in this morning to attend to the line but the service was incredible. As far as the cafe layout and amenities, here's the scoop. The cafe has wine, beer, coffee, and breakfast/lunch grab and go's. They have a coffee club where you get your own tumbler and you can join for $20. They also have plants for sale on a display much like Phoenix coffee. They also have a printer that you can use to print things. I don't know about you but I always feel like I need to print things. I mean it. The cafe has indoor and outdoor seating, was quiet when I was there and is somewhere you can really focus and do your most meaningful work. I also like the separation from the counter to the seating portion that makes it more secluded. I could totally see myself sitting here all day outside and enjoying the sunshine. Overall, if you have wine or caffeine needs, stop by this cafe. It's an unexpected gem of Larchmere. Order mushroom latte, it's a unique local find and is very tasty. Lastly, the cafe seems to have many regulars. One of the customers said "it's always a joy to be here" to cafe employee. That's exactly how it felt here - joyful.

Favorites include their savory baked goods and cookies When it comes to lattes, so far I've liked their cinnamon brown sugar, and seasonal matchas (the coconut matcha a couple months back was good). It's good as dine-in (plenty of seating inside and outside, though still quite full on the weekends) and as take-out. Plenty of free parking available in a lot. Staff are friendly. Also last month I tried their restaurant week special (includes latte, panini, and choice of cookie or macaron). Ended up choosing the brown sugar latte (opted for oat milk), corned beef panini and gingerbread molasses cookie. All were good, the favorite and definitely would get again would be the latte. Also if you use the too good to go app, I love their bags (such a good variety with amazing value) which sell out in minutes. Definitely in my list of regular places to stop by.

Last week I got a chocolate cookie with…read moresome sea salt on top (forget what the official name of the cookie is) and I haven't been able to stop thinking about it since! I also got a cake slice- this was a square shaped slice (not their layer cake). My boyfriend loved it! But unfortunately I did not get to enjoy any of it because it was filled with a berry which I am allergic to. This was not indicated on the title card for the product. With these baked goods being high quality, they are on the more expensive side. So I was disappointed to spend money on something that I couldn't even eat. I realize that I probably should've asked but the food I was buying when I viewed it from the display case but this didn't cross my mind because the cake slice didn't seem to be an item that would have a filling. I would really like to try their cupcakes at some point... but do those have fillings too? I know I can ask but I have three severe food allergies and it just bothers me that the information I need isn't readily available. Especially in a place like this because it's very loud! Can be hard to communicate with the team members even during a non-busy time. Not just because of the way sound works in this building but also thanks to how high they crank up the music. TLDR: The baked goods are INCREDIBLE! I can't wait to go back for more. Unfortunately it doesn't seem to be an allergy safe place at this point (display case labels are lacking) and it's very loud. When I tried to go back just yesterday the line was out the door and it was so loud that I almost got a migraine, so I had to leave and go somewhere else.

All-time favorites for me will remain the waffle (any option with the cookie butter, like the paradise or Brasilliene), and the Karak chai. Their karak chai is always piping hot (definitely at risk of burning your tongue if you drink it too fast ). It's a newish and long awaited cafe added to the Cleveland Heights dining scene. The cafe is located in the old BD's Mongolian Grill's space (no permanent signage just yet), prior to that it was Arabica. Euro Wafel has been around for a while in Cleveland at various markets and at the University Circle before arriving to the Heights. Euro Wafel creates a safe, late-night, alcohol-free experience. It's an interesting fusion of Belgian Liege waffles, French crepes, and Middle Eastern (Emirati) beverages. The cafe seems to be a work in progress. It's very casual, has pleasant light blue hues (furniture), couch, innovative lightings plenty of space for solo or group visits. The fireplace in the middle is kind of awkward but perhaps it will be used during colder seasons. Quiet music (French and Arabic) fills the space. There are big windows that make watching the rain outside very relaxing. During my visit most guests were younger crowd, all seemed to be regulars. It was steady customer flow considering it was after 9 PM on a weekday. Street parking is available in the area. Your most convenient option is to park in the Coventry parking lot across the street (free). Service was very attentive, the owner friendly and providing personalized attention to all customers. Your experience starts once you scan QR code with the menu, then you pay, pick a table, and wait for your order. The orders are up pretty quickly. Most guests chose to dine in tonight. So did I. Karak Chai: I love to sip different ethnic teas and coffees. And so, Karak chai (pronounced kah-rak with the emphasis on "rak") was an immediate "yasss!" The owner said that the recipe is his mother's. It's a traditional Emirati dessert chai. He said that the spices are a secret, but I picked up on cardamom and condensed milk. Traditionally, I read that saffron is also added. The tea was on the sweeter side, very tasty. It was lukewarm when I ordered it. Since I drink scorching hot beverages, I would have loved to try a hot version. I'll ask for it next time. The chai is pretty popular, many guests ordered it. Their website states that guests can also ask for a free sample/sip. Other options include refreshers, lattes, and matcha. Waffle: Waffle choices all looked good both by description and when they were presented to customers. I sat close to the counter and watched them all be handed to customers. By the way, each choice on the menu can be served as a waffle or as a crepe. I ordered The Celine with berry compote, vanilla butter cream, and vanilla ice cream. The waffle was very good, considerably better than any other similar waffle destination in the city. Compote was so flavorful, contained huge berries, and really tasted homemade. I was a huge fan of this compote and bet it would even be better on a crepe. The waffle was overwhelmingly sweet. Mixing waffle with Karak was definitely not the best choice, it was too sugary. Next time I'll order the two separately. I spent $19 something on the entire order. Overall, I really enjoyed my experience. It was low key, welcoming, and flavorful. I would have loved to see definitive hours when this place is open. Various websites list different times, they seem to change (check before you venture out). I also would have loved to see some savory menu options like perhaps crepes with cheese and meats, fish, or other creations. I feel like I'd visit more often given some variety and savory options.
