I expressed my displeasure of the service I received from one of their staff members and in less than an hour I got a written statement back from the owners. Next, they addressed the response I received from from one of their employees and assured me that, it was very unacceptable in the way said employee handled the situation. Lastly they thanked me for giving them a heads up on my situation because it allows them to grow and correct things other than letting something like this situation fly under the radar.
