Name alone deserves 5 stars - I'm a fan of innuendo. Speaking of innuendos, I understand why "Windows" OS is named as such - because I want to throw it out of one. I've taken on the superhuman task of running Parallels on my Macbook Pro solely to access the PC/Windows OS for Microsoft Office Suite, which I begrudgingly admit is far superior to Office for Mac. This is me, playing nicely in a sandbox, that I created for myself, with my very own castle. Cole helped me set up and optimize my workflow, which also involved multiple monitors. (last count,5!!!) 2 operating systems on 1 laptop, and 1 impatient wench operating 2 businesses. (Guess who!) . . . . It was important for me to have him see my setup physically, meet me in person, and to better understand what problems I was trying to solve. Pros: Mobile, Well versed on both Mac/PC, extremely patient, willing to go the extra mile Cons: None - reasonable hourly rate. @Lauren M., I too was told they only offered their services to small businesses, but I pleaded my case as a remote employee and a consultant (technically, running a sole proprietorship). Highly recommendable! Left a message at 9:30 AM, got a call back at 9:50 AM, explained my problem and he came 30 minutes later with the necessary hardware on hand. This is fast service! I had a terrible network problem that another IT guy couldn't fix, but Cole quickly diagnosed the problem, reconfigured some of my wiring, used as much of my hardware as possible to minimized costs and installed a wifi extender to give us better signal in part of the house. While repairing our network he also fixed another issue with our Mac. He only took an hour to fix everything and now we are all happy. You can't go wrong with Cole. read more

I was having problems with my laptop an older ACER that needed to have what I thought was a new DVD player. I mentioned a new and bigger hard drive. Cole came to the house and was unable to fix it at the house so he took it back to the shop and checked it out. What he found was a corrupt driver file that he corrected, DVD works fine, he looked at the hard drive and told me that I don't need a new one, the battery lasted for over an hour and a half to his amazement. He updated all my programs something I don't care to do to often, cleaned up all the junk in it added a antivirus that doesn't cost anything and is rated pretty good, all for an hour of cost. Driving to and from and going over all the changes to the computer fixing a problem that was discovered while he was showing me all the new information was really good. If you haven't guessed I'm one of those people that are happy when the computer turns on. He could have taken me for a new battery, DVD Player, and hard drive, but being fair and honest he told me I didn't need any of it. once again to his surprise about the battery! My dad always told me you need 3 great pros in your life...a great accountant, a great doctor and a great lawyer. Well...I am adding a great computer guy to that list!!! Cole is amazing and sooooo nice. My computer died and would not boot. I nearly had a seizure thinking of all the things on there I needed. Cole came out to review my situation and I knew right away I was in good hands. I was all panicked and he knew exactly what to do. Turns out I needed a new one which I ordered through him and he customized for me retrieving all my data. Low and behold my external hard drive then crashed at the same time as him installing my new computer and he managed to recover and transfer all those files as well. Not one week later I did something so stupid that I dare not type it on here for fear of ridicule and I had to call Cole immediately to bail me out of the mess I had gotten myself into. He may as well have worn a cape and flew in because he rescued me (from myself as it turns out) and didn't make me feel terrible for my ridiculous mistake. Very professional.
