I am one of "those" people. From the moment that I walked into new Age Computers and met Weston, I just knew that I had come to the right place. Following 2 days of struggling, hour after hour, to dig into the problem I was having, all I had to show for it was a deeper hole!! I came over to his shop, gave him an overview of my problem and left; he called me the next morning to tell me all was well and to come in and pick it up. I had to put$100 down for diagnostics, which would toward my total cost of repair. They can text or email you with a diagnosis before they repair, so you can weigh in if costs get too much, etc. I got a call in a week saying my repair was done. The total charge was about $50, so I was refunded the rest of my deposit. They also kept my info on file so if this happens again, they know exactly what to repair. Overall. 100%satisfied!
