I purchased a closure from this company. I kept the install in for about one month. The hair tangled, matted, and sheded when I washed it. So much so that it created a huge bald spot in the closure. I called to complain and the owner implied that there was nothing defective about the closure. This occurred because it's silk base and it was combed too much. This makes no sense! How else should I untangle this matted hair?? No one wants to buy hair that tangles and sheds so much that it creates a bald spot in the center of the closure. And to add insult to injury, the customer service was beyond sub par! You've been warned! read more

His customer service was impeccable and if you are like me and don't do extensions he is the person to go talk to because he is knowledgeable and PATIENT! For me that's key because when I am spending that kind of money I need to know everything and I will continue to ask questions until my anxiety levels decrease. I left Mr. Indian hair feeling confident about my purchase and knowing that I got the best bang for my buck. Went to go get some hair today. It says on the website they open at 10am. I drive there and there's a note on the door saying to call some number. I call ask if they are still in business. He says to me "I'll be there at 10:40am" it was 10:18 am when he told me that. Idk where they think that's good business but if you want my opinion they not professional. Went to She's Happy Hair which was down the street and always OPENED; and they have good hair too! This is the 2nd time this has happened. Not going back. BEWARE! read more

I have always had a great experience with this hair for the pass 3 years this year not so much the curl is very different from what it been in the pass a lot of shedding. Don't care for it this time around .But I must say his customers service have always been great and personal with his customers not one time have I ever had a problem or any kind of rudeness but if I can't get the same quality I won't spend the money. read more

Surprise I'm the first to right a post on this spectacular place! I have been wearing this Indian hair for the past five years. After my first couple of bundles I was addicted . The hair is long lasting and has a natural soft texture. It's affordable even tho they have went up on price but I absolutely recommend this hair . And the guys who run the store are great ! I've been purchasing hair from Mr. Indian for quite some time now. I actually love the quality of the products he offers and I'm a huge supporter of small businesses. Preparing for my next install, I verified the prices of his products online the week prior to thanksgiving and decided to purchase more during the Black Friday sale ($30 off all hair bundles). I went in the store with cash in hand because I was told previously that no taxes are charged for cash payments. I requested my order. A salesperson working there calculated my purchase on a calculator as one price $160. Another person (I'm sure this was the owner) returned from the back of the store with my requested products and quoted me $180. Unsure of the full price of the bundles I had priced the previous week and pressed for time, I paid and left. Later on I checked the site for the hair prices and found out I was overcharged by $20 from the owner. While this isn't a lot of money, I can't help but wonder exactly how many people he's done this to. Overcharging several customers by 20 dollars can add up. Now I question if I've been over charged any other time I've purchased from this company's store. My advice for anyone looking to purchase hair, take your money to a company that does not have obscurities within their pricing. Unfortunately I will not be supporting this company again, which is terribly sad because I really liked the products offered. WORST HAIR EVER!! Would give them 0 stars if I could. I purchased this hair not even a week ago and it's completly awful. I paid more than $600 and am literally having it taken out. It's not human but rather looks like a synthetic blend. The hair literally melted on my stylist's curling iron. Myself, my stylist and a random stylist all reached out to the owner but he was completely defensive and refused to do anything (not even an offer of exchange). read more

Hair is horrible!!! This by far is the worst I've ever bought, literally beauty supply hair is better! The hair has been seriously tangling and I have to constantly comb through it, which it is hard to do because it's mating up. The hair feel like it's synthetic.
