It feels like at every turn they are trying their hardest to increase the friction of receiving service. I called five times to navigate through the menu to get to a service consultant or manager. Each time I hit the extension for service they hung up on me. Sixth time I call and ask another department to connect me to service. Of course service is busy so they'll call me back. The guy who calls me back says he doesn't work in service and will try to connect me to someone else. No call back as of writing. About a year and a half ago I spent way too much money on an AC repair and my service manager refused to give me an update on my car and whether I had to pick it up or take an uber somewhere. People who use these places have jobs and other commitments and shouldn't have to wait ages just to get an update on whether we have to spend more money in order to go about our daily lives. Now, that same system I overpaid for is broken and I can't get a hold of a single soul at this place who can help me. The only reason I'm coming back is to try to negotiate a better deal because there is zero reason something they fixed and charged me exorbitantly for should already need replacement. Do NOT come here, bring your business to a local mechanic instead.

Since the date of sale, they have been radio-silent ignoring calls and texts requesting the second key as well as the title, which should have been provided by now. When I called today for the 5th or 6th time and was frustrated (but used no bad language or personal insults) the lady at the sales desk hung up on me. I called back and she hung up on my again. These people are both untrustworthy and unprofessional. I would avoid this dealership at all costs.
