I recently had the worst car-buying experience at I-95 Nissan, and I wouldn't recommend this dealership to anyone. From start to finish, it was unprofessional and disorganized. I'm a 19-year-old college student who worked hard and saved up to buy this car. I even drove four hours out of my way to this dealership, hoping they'd be honorable and make the process smooth. Instead, they completely wasted my time and treated me with zero respect. First, the car was handed to me almost empty on gas. After asking them to fix this, they only filled it to three-quarters, which is unacceptable. Certified vehicles are also supposed to come with two keys, but they couldn't locate the second one until we asked three times. Finally, after the car was already bought and registered in my name, they decided to cut and program a new key. The level of disorganization didn't stop there. Even though our insurance was already finalized, we were stuck sitting in their insurance room for 45 minutes, wasting time for no reason. I had my check ready and an appointment scheduled at 9 a.m., but we still ended up sitting there for over two hours. This dealership is so poorly managed that they made us late for my grandmother's birthday. They also promised to wash and detail the car, but when I finally got it, the back was still dirty, and the mats and trunk were still sandy. The leather was another huge issue. My stepdad put down a $2,000 non-refundable deposit to replace the seats, door panels, armrests, and more. They promised everything would be done, but when they sent us photos, only the seats were completed. They claimed the rest couldn't be done because it would "damage the car," which is absolutely untrue. It felt like buying four new tires only to have them put on just one. On top of all that, they didn't let or even offer me a chance to test drive the car before buying it, which should have been a huge red flag. They did so I brought my daughter who saved money to get a car, and I was going to pay the difference. We test drove it and she loved it. We were going to pay cash for the car. The dealer brought the paper that had the cost, and it was $29,019.71. I asked how that can be and was told we have to much in the car you have all these fees you have to pay. Gezer is also another service rep who has been polite and very professional. He knows what needs to get done and does it. Lastly, Cindy in the service department office politely fielded four frantic calls in a row and got me lined up with a loaner car quickly and with a friendly southern smile. When I arrived, I explained to Pedro my situation and he told be that there were many incentives where we could take advantage where my existing car loan would be forgiven if I was to do a voluntary repossession. Which later on we realized he lied about that. I told him that I was not looking for a new car, just wanted something that my wife would be happy in. So we agreed on a 2024 basic model Nissan kick. We signed all the paperwork and went home with the car. A couple of days later we get a call from Ronnie, one of their finance guys asking if we could get someone else to jump on the loan with us. I was mindblown, Because we had signed all the paperwork and even went over car payments. We told him no and he said no worries that he will work it out. I was concerned so I went to the dealership the next day to see what was going on. Ronnie was off that day. Phil the other finance guy who is pretty nice told us that Ronnie was off and he would be back the next day. Mind you the day before I called Pedro and left him a voicemail which he never called me back. The next day, which is a week after we signed all the paperwork, I went in. I came here to get a oil change I was one of the first people through the door today and it should of took maybe 20 minutes for a oil change. But no I was sitting in the waiting room for an hour and a half that's right 8:30 to 10:00. Literally ridiculous. I will admit I walked in at 8:40pm and there was the receptionist that was there. I kindly asked her if she had a sales person available, which she asked me why I needed one. I told her I was looking to buy a car and at least wanted to touch base with a sales person. She then told me, "You know we close in 20 minutes." I informed her I was aware and I guess they did not want a sale. She told me one was busy with customers and she did not know where the other one was. Needless to say I had to force myself it seemed like to give my phone number to her so someone could follow up with me. The following day I was called by a sales woman and I told her what I was in the market for as well as what took place the previous night. She apologized and was going to look at cars and call me back. Later on she did forward me numbers on car, but there was zero negotiating on it. This is to include the dealer fee. The following day I went to the dealership, picked out a car, and within a reasonable amount of time I was greeted by a salesperson. I immediately inquired into a car and he went and grabbed a manager. The manager returned with inflated numbers and when asked about it, he told me they do not work on pricing the price is what the price is. This included dealer fees. I ended up leaving the dealership over the inflated numbers. A few hours later after leaving the dealership, I received an email from an owner. I replied back and tried to inquire as to the dealer fees and finding a car. The owner was overly non communicating at all, I think sent me a reply or two emails and that was it. Basically they lost out on a deal. I can tell you by there one stop pricing, inflated dealer fees, and could careless attitude, I would never return to the dealer. My overall experience with i95 Nissan was subpar at best. Lack of communication and integrity have been my biggest concerns. After purchasing a 2020 Ford Fusion from them I found a receipt from Maaco for $500 in the glove box for "damage repair", evidently there was an accident not reported to insurance and damage was done to the driver side front corner, and it states that the tire and/or wheels were replaced at a scrap yard. This was not on carfax and not disclosed by the dealer. This damage caused an alignment issue and also the driver side front wheel hub assembly needed to be replaced as well, all not caught by the dealer during their own trade-in "inspection" preparing the car for resale. Even their own Dealer description claims that "Our certified technicians will make sure your vehicle is operating at peak performance". It seems that the ball was dropped in my case. Then, I dealt with a flat tire yesterday and checked in the trunk for the "Tire Repair Sealent Kit" and to my surprise, it was not there. I'm left only to assume it was used when the aforementioned undisclosed accident occured. The dealers response, "If it's not in there, it's not our problem". Not surprising at all. Lastly, I signed for this car via an eSigning process, had many issues with this process but was able to navigate it in the end, but I had to pay for a Notary and was told by the dealer that they pay for the Notary and would reimburse me the cost, after forwarding them the receipt, that has not happened yet after several follow up requests. With all this I am out of pocket an additional $900 to get the car running at "peak performance" and ensure the safety of the driving the car as i95 dropped the ball. After reaching out to the dealer on each of these issues now I have yet to receive any form of response that would at least alleviate the bad taste overall for i95 Nissan. My advice, be thorough when dealing with them and keep them accountable because if you blink they'll gaslight you enough that you'll just give up and move on. With all the thousands of choices out there, I can assure you I will make a different choice when adding to my fleet in the near future. read more

My son bought a car from this dealership almost 2 months ago. Has been making payments on a signed contract. The dealership fraudulently told him he was approved. He never received the tag or other equipment to complete the transfer. Now the dealership is saying he doesn't qualify and the need more money to get the loan approved. The 3 day right of resision is long past. This is a scam. Shady dealing and taking advantage of someone who has very few options. No car, can't work. Steer away from this dealer! Went in to pick up a 2017 white BMW M3 on 2/6/2023. Test drove it and check engine light came on. Seller said that the check engine light came on because they needed to remove the intake or something like that in order to program the key. Uhm, thats totally BS because you don't need to remove anything from the engine to program the key. I brought a scanner and scanned the car (over 90 intermittent error codes). Even with all its error codes I still wanted the car since I was blinded by its beauty. I love working with cars so I didn't mind fixing it as long as it wasn't major repairs like transmission or engine problems. At the end of the day after detailing was done I discovered that the hood was painted (top half). Whoever painted it did a horrible job. They painted over surface contamination leaving dust particles. It had visible sand paper marks and had overspray towards the doors. You could feel the roughness on the paint. They left a line of the masking tape where they had painted. The manager said that it can be buffed out and discounted $500. Uhm, the sand paper marks cannot be buffed out. Hood needs to be repainted. But a friend works at a body shop so I didn't care. Now for the best part, they advertise a low price to get you into the dealership ($47k). They will add an absurd reconditioning fee $3,295. For your knowledge, that fee should already be included in the price tag since they need to prepare the car to be sold. Second they will charge a doc fee $999 (which is Floridas max allowable fee). They will add a lifetime value package fee which they lowered but never removed from invoice (lowered from $3,995 to $995). They will add a non tax fee of $633 ( bogus fee). The final price was changed 3 times. After all the red flags and issues I was still going to take it (blinded by its beauty) because we agreed on a longer monthly term which kept the payments low with zero down payment. When it was time to sign some papers with the financial guy they once again changed the numbers on me saying I had to put a down payment because the bank will only cover $52,900 out of the $56,460 (total price). I walked away after being there for like 6 hours. As a recommendation, always, always, always listen to the red flags and walk away. This is just another dealership trying to rip people off by adding fees. Also, they knew I lived 2.5hrs away. My partner left and had to come back to pick me up. Back home reading the scanning report on my scanner Im lucky that I didn't take it. That car would have given me more problems than pleasure. Once again stay away from this dealer. read more

I had to drop my car off here last Tuesday. My nightmare with them started at around Tues Afternoon. My car was in the hands of Steve in the Shop. I became more and more wary of Steve because I had not heard anything from him about the progress of my car unless I called everyone else to get him to reach out. His answer to me was "Call the number on the card I gave you". To add insult to injury, my car did not get diagnosed until last evening. They spent 5 days diagnosing a problem that, according to the GM, is pretty common in my vehicle. I Went into the dealership on Saturday because I was fed up with not hearing anything and I knew they'd have to tell me something in person. The manager in charge had told me that the vehicle was now in their garage and didn't come into there until Friday afternoon. As I said, I dropped it off on Tues, they waited until Friday to begin work and at this point I knew nothing about the condition of the car. I picked it up today and I spoke to the GM, he finally reached out to me to let me know what was going on. Now at this point, I'm beyond fed up and I didn't call back. This place is an absolute nightmare and I wouldn't recommend it to my worst enemy. They lie, they cheat, and they steal. Sold me a defective car with the wrong package and refused to give me the car that I paid for. They tried to fix it over and over and over again, but it was a complete joke and my car just got worse every time. The car was never a brand new car and I paid for a brand new car. It didn't even have Freon in it when it arrived at the dealership late at night when I had to drive it home. I called Mike Pennachio, the owner, multiple times and never once did he even attempt to reach out to me after he knew what was happening with my vehicle. Shameful business. They charge an $1,895 reconditioning fee on top of a $999 dealer fee. After negotiating the price of the vehicle a bit, I had a personal mechanic come inspect the used 2020 Fort Transit I was ready to buy for $39,700 out the door, and he found several major problems. There was a cracked windshield, cracked rotors, cracked gaskets, DEADLY black mold, and 3 significant body damage incidents. Crystal put me in touch with the manager and I said I wanted the reconditioning of the vehicle that I was paying $1,895 for to include the big things on my mechanic's list. He said they would not bother to fix the mold issue. Let me be clear that it is illegal to sell a car with black mold in it, and they don't even care. He could have just offered to knock off $300 from the reconditioning fee and I would just go take care of it myself at a body shop. Or he could have just been a stand up person and said we'll make sure you don't drive off in a car with black mold. Instead he said very condescendingly, "I don't think this is the vehicle for you." Just made a purchase here a few weeks ago. In the beginning, the staff was great and very communicative. Then during the purchase, the finance manager put me into a loan at a higher rate than what I had pre-approved when I walked in the door. His reasoning was "I thought you were going to just pay this off right away. That's what the salesperson told me." Never did I say anything to that affect and the higher loan was just to get their commission. Car was delivered to me the next day. I was told it would be detailed and upon arrival, it still had the soda splashed in the door panels and the stains on the seats I identified on the test drive. Looks like they ran it through an automatic car wash at best. Called the salesperson and after three days of no response, I called again. By that time, I had already shipped the car and had it professionally detailed. In addition, I emailed the GM of the dealership to provide feedback. Never got a response. if I could give 0 stars I would! they had a 2016 Tesla X for 41k. I called and asked about fees they said it was only a $999 dealer fee. When I got there they said $999 dealer fee plus 3k recondition fee plus another 2k fee. All together with tax 51k!!!! This place is a WASTE of time and a scam. The low price is just to get you in the door. Also, I went for a white Tesla, they didn't even have the car. They showed me a silver one. Don't go to this place! read more
