Been here several times now for various jobs and have been very happy every time. They are a…read morefriendly, honest and professional shop. One of the major things that stands out about this particular shop is this: People dread when going to a mechanic is being sold or scared into getting work done that is not needed, or at least not needed now. This place just does not do that. I'm reasonably mechanically savvy, not a mechanic by any means, or even close, but I have a basic knowledge of how things work. So, someone might argue that they just look elsewhere for easier pickings. BUT no. Sometimes I will wait while I have work done, so I hear them interacting with other customers over the course of an hour or so. And I hear them doing the same thing, they will tell folks that "actually no, that $$$ part is not the issue, it's just this $ part", or that "You are still good for another x thousand miles, no need to do that yet". That's just one thing that makes this shop stand out. But I thought it worth mentioning as that one thing is what makes people afraid of repair shops. No need worry about that here. Not only will I go anywhere else now for those jobs that I don't want to do myself, but I would have no issue sending any friend or family member of mine to them.
