Been going there for 10 years. Mediocre at best, but because they are the only ones in the area, no real choice for it's bi-annual "spring clean". For $70 charge on an in-and-out clean that they do in less than half an hour is way too expensive for the low level of quality clean that you get. I usually have to go home and finish the job they started. At least they give me a head start on the job. Oil changes are super fast, good quality service and friendly staff. The free exterior car wash after your service is complete is a lovely bonus. Prices are comparable to other places but much faster. Great value. read more

Wow. horrible customer service. I showed up at 5:40 to get a car wash and was denied service even though they are open until 6pm. I raced from work to get there. poor taste to turn a customer away like that when there is still technically 20 minutes of open time left. I was going to get my 20 employees gift cards from there for Christmas too. Not now!!!! read more

I had my oil changed at Tecumseh Auto Spa on Wednesday. It cost $158. On Sunday I tried to use my windshield wiper fluid and it was empty. I checked my bill and amongst a number of FREE items was "top off" the windshield wiper fluid. Other free items included "Free Top off": anti freeze Transmission Power steering fluid And a number "inspected items". As I have a 24 hour round trip coming up this week, I went back in to confirm the rest of the work on the contract was done. I had the manager/owner come to the counter and discussed the issue and he brought into lube bay to discuss with man running lube bay. He told us that "top off" meant a five second splash of washer fluid. I told him that isn't the definition of "top off". He wanted to argue the definition. I told him I was not here to debate the English language with him. And he might want to look up the definition. Even the owner said"top off means filling it to the top". I asked him to show me what he did for other "free top off" items. He showed me he just checked the items but did not "top off". I told them I am done bringing my three vehicles there if they cannot stand behind the contracted language of work performed. I told him it should say "checked not top off". Owner then started yelling at lube bay guy about his bad customer service. Lube bay guy then says " he has tried to get head office to change the wording on the contract". I tell him now he is making excuses. Owner is now screaming at the lube bay guy saying "you cannot treat customers this way". Lube bay guy says "I was accusing him of stuff". Owner yells "he hasn't accused you of anything. " I hand back the free car wash coupon and told him I am done and wouldn't accept free work from them. I left as owner and lube guy engaged in a heated argument. You CANNOT TRUST their work. read more

I took my car there to get detailed. It took 3 hours longer than they told me it would. When I left my car, it had a 1/4 tank of gas. They told me they could not dry my car because there was not enough gas to let it run long enough to dry, so I had to drive for 3 days in the winter with the windows open a bit or there would be condensation on my windshield. When it did "dry" there were still lots of watermarks on my windows. There were also several spots they completely missed in my car. Last but not least, because they were so late, I had to take my keys and fly out of there to not be late for work. That's why I didn't notice the DENT they put in my quarter panel. When I took it back to them, they told me it was there when they got the vehicle. It definitely was not, but it's my word against theirs. All I can do is leave this review and recommend going to any auto detailer but them. Just an awful business. read more

I had my oil changed here and that is all they did. It has a list of services that they are supose to do and did NOT do. I asked about it and his comment was they do not touch that stuff because of fear of breaking it. Why did I pay for all that then? NEVER AGAIN. I recommend you go any were else. read more
