When I politely explained it was the wrong order, I was basically told I would have to take it regardless of it not being what I ordered. When I pushed back, things got unnecessarily escalated instead of being handled with simple customer service. Bringing over two other employees while remaking my cyclone made the situation even more uncomfortable and completely unnecessary. After all the drama and attitude over such a simple mistake, I honestly didn't even feel comfortable eating it and ended up throwing it away because I wasn't sure if it had been tampered with.
