This facility lets unlicensed workers tend to our cars and damage our property. I will have another shop fix my damage caused while at this shop but please stay away from this shop as they are rude, steal car keys, and your car will be damaged and not fixed while under their possession. I made a police report for criminal damage that occurred to my property and have contacted body shop and mechanic that will fix work and body damage caused by Velasquez and Son . The last time it was going to cost me because my warranty wouldn't cover it. It was over $3,000 to fix my vehicle. I was so confused on why my truck kept breaking down. I sent the invoice to a family member who is a mechanic and they told me it was unlikely that all those things have broken at once and to find a new mechanic and never go back and I found a new mechanic that fixed my truck for $350 that's including looking at it on the machine and my truck is running very well. I went back to this Meineke to get a refund for the wheel alignment that they supposed to have done but it was not. They refused to give me a refund. They said I should have returned the car back to them. I had presented them evidence of paying for another wheel alignment. They refused to be accountable for their mistakes. And to be honest, I was not comfortable in returning my car back to them because I was afraid they would say I needed something else done.
